In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and my friends were robbing a gas station when some cops drove up and started chasing us. We went to a hill to get better positions, after they arrived we told them to give up or they'll be shot. Even one of our guys who was closer to them told them to do so and still didn't hear any reply so we ended up shooting them. Shortly after Peacemaker and I got banned for RDM/Poor RP... I believe it was a miscommunication and they might not have heard us. I definately did not want to RDM them..

Why should we unban you ?
I enjoy playing in this server and we really didn't mean to RDM them... As I've mention I think it was a miscommunication and I am willing to compensate if they ask for it

For records, i'm giving you exactly the same as your friend.

Your video shows nothing, the person in the video is trying to initiate on people he can't even see.

Remember, it is your responsibility to make sure that the person can hear and understand you.

According to your ban note, all they hear was "stop what we were doing" and then they got shot, do you think this is good enough roleplay to start to kill people?

I do not think it was good enought. One of our guys said that they were really close to him and as we didn't get any reply from the officers we got too hasty. I apologize for doing so. The encounters I lately had with the police, with them backing off with their guns drawn and later shooting some of us when they think they have the chance even though we outnumber them and tell them to put their hands up made me act like this as I didn't want to get shot. Once again I am sorry for doing so

I would either approach them and try speaking with them even with the risk of being shot (close enought to actually see them and be sure that they hear me) or just leave the scene if it's possible
