In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
One of my gang members started to get robbed and I got set up to get him some firing cover when things went south, I told him over the radio to initiate to them, on our radio he said that he initiated awhile ago and that he did it multiple times, so I started to shoot trusting his words and from watching the video on the report I can see clearly that he didn't say anything to them which is related to initiating. I was banned for RDM which is when you get to kill someone without any high form of roleplay.

Why should we unban you ?
The reason I should be unbanned is that I was really enjoying the server with making new friends and even getting into the police trying to learn new stuff and even just improve my roleplay, I then left the police to join my friends who made a gang and then we started to recruit some people and we recruited the person in the report form who we didnt know IRL but we let him show us what he could do and he had very good roleplay up to that incident, The thing I will do to make sure I don't get banned again if I get unbanned is to make sure that the gang I am in is only friends who I know and make sure that they know the rules and how to initiate if needed or I will re join the police to have a better experience on the server.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban). In my own words this is when you kill another person on the server with out any form of high quality roleplay. The reason this rule is in place is to make sure if a gun fight is about to start that both sides of the gun fight has a fair chance of getting ready for that fight and that both sides of the gun fight feel like high quality roleplay has happened in place beforehand.

If put in a similar situation again, what would you do differently to make sure this did not happen again?

If I was put in the same type of situation I would make sure that I would have someone down on the ground I trust to initiation and make sure that they do it correctly this time, Or if I didn't trust them enough I would go down my self and make sure that the initiation was done correctly so both parties knew that a gunfight was about to start and that they have enough time to prepare for the gunfight.
