In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The reason I was banned it not clear in the ban message but from my understanding I was being detained and the server restarted whilst I was in the police station. I completely understand the rule of combat logging and I do not understand why I was banned because in the rule "(2.5) Combat logging at any point during RP is exploiting. Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained. Punishment is a ban. Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first)." It states "logging out" during being restrained, but I did not log out intentionally, the server restarted and I lost connection to this server.

Why should we unban you ?
I am sorry to disregard your ban and call you off, but it is not fair to be banned for something I had never committed. I had never combat logged it was simply a server restart. I would greatly appreciate if you review this case and rethink the decision because I have played on this server for over a year now and I respect the staff and the community as it is honestly the best Altis Life server out there. From my 4 years of playing Altis Life this is the best server I have played on for roleplay. Please reconsider the ban and reply. Thank You

I have now received information on my ban and have learned about the situation. As I finished my weed run I was on my way to return to the ATM to deposit my 1Million. A police officer had stopped my buddy and I was running away on foot. The officer might have thought I had logged off at this point but I was actually on my way towards the ATM. I reached the ATM and as I was about to deposit my money a HEMMIT box was driving full speed into me (VDM). I have no proof to prove this so you will need to take my word. The HEMMIT hit me so hard against the ATM, my body glitched and I flew into the air and back down into the ocean. From the frustration of my death on the water impact I rage quit, I would greatly appreciate a meeting with a staff member or admin on teamspeak about this situation.

That is the reason why you are banned. So, why would you still need to speak to staff on TS about this?  I will remind you that when you read the Unban Appeal process it even said about not coming to TS and speaking to staff about you Ban.
