Had a pretty frustrated 15 minutes in kavala, some stuff went down that went got me pretty intensly mad. In a moment of insanity i wrote some bad stuff which shouldnt be tolerated at all, so i apologize for my behaviour, Neo.

Why should we unban you.
I really like playing on your server, and when i need help i need to get help from the teamspeak. And i'm not that bad at roleplaying, i just didn't understand the rules entirely, (ingame).

In recent Altis life servers I've played rules have been different than this one, so when we got into a firefight i missunderstood the rules of engagement and tried to save my pals, since we're quite new to the server we did not fully understand the need of RP to make the people we were attacking that we were more than one person around them

Why should we unban you.
Mistakes were made, and we learnt our lesson, i really like playing and roleplaying on this server, i really hope you can give me another chance.

Let's start with the Game ban!

Explain what happened leading up to your ban

 
We've already discussed this with a mentor, by the name of Ludwig from Island, but simply put, we were a group of four dudes, masked, driving processed weed to the dealer in kavala, try to make our way to sell, but see there is no way, pure warzone and gunfire everywhere, cops all around. We had a lookout on the office across the church, and this started all the chaos, he got tazed from nowhere after a cop climbed up on the ladder and allegedly just tazed him straight away,

the way we usually react to this is with lethal force, so my pal, who also has a ban appeal up, Bachne, shoots, kills a cop and sadly our friend. Later about 5 minutes, another of us gets tazered and the cops immediately try to transfer him to the blue zone for questioning etc, me driving around in a hemtt find a good spot to take the cop who tranfers him out, and so i did. about 10 minutes later, they out of nowhere scrap my hemtt, as it is parked outside the house i shot from, i was hiding in the building next to it. My natural reaction is to run out and try to defend it by force, so i rush out, stupidly enough and try to kill the one trying to scrap it. Unfortunaly there was like 5 police around me, and by the time i realized what i was doing i was dead, and so was a random police officer that wasnt scrapping my vehicle, for me there was no logical ties to why they would have any right to scrap my vehicle so i went out and tried to defend it. (very stupidly)

And in my short burst of insanity i logged onto the TS and wrote to Neo and the other guy who banned my friend and wrote some bad attitude stuff, like "why the fuck did you ban my friend, come here in this room and explain yourself".

This was another stupid thing, seeing i had read the rules, but not the BAN APPEAL RULES, since they are not located in the general ruleset i did not think i would be banned from the teamspeak for just simply wanting an explaination, i really dont even recall what i wrote. But as i was awaiting my loadup of the footage i had during this moment gotten banned permanently by Neo saying "Not with that attitude".

Later my friends, who still could talk to them, got clarification about the situation and how we were to appropriately approach the engage. From Ludwig.

 
@Crumble If it matters, i was hoping for this appeal to be resolved this night, so i could play this evening, been hoping and waiting for a patch that finally fixes the crashing .. i really REALLY want to play on the server... I know my chances reduce by even posting this, i got off work early today and was so hyped to play, hearing the crashing got less with the test patch, and this happens ...

 
@P Black Well if you wanted to play tonight then you should not have lowered yourself so badly.

Do you understand this rule ?

17B) Abuse/swearing or unpleasant behaviour towards the Admin team is not acceptable (Punishment is a community ban without appeal)

If so i want you to explain after swearing at Neo... why you have opened this appeal ?

I'm gonna be completely honest, i do not recall what i wrote to him, all i wanted was an explanation of all the events that occured. I don't know about you, but when i get really really angry, i tend to use cursewords a lot, i know that you as admins get a lot of shit, i know people myself who are admins and the shit they go through .. I understand the rule, i opened this appeal because i love playing on the server, and wish to continue to do so. That's why i'm writing these walls of text. Because i really truly like your server, and i'm sorry.

 
Lets look at the situation in Kavala, which was just calming down after a small(ish) gunfight between Police and another gang....

For the record, I'm a PCSO in the police at this time this ban was issued...

I went on top of the post office building with a pair of rangefinders i was given so I could check what's happening around... upon getting to the top i see a guy with an illegal firearm on his back, I ask THREE times to drop the weapon, nothing... so i tased him.

He starts asking "do you know what a vigilante is?" and mumbling. Apparently he said "you're making a mistake"... but that's just a point of view...

I wait for my supervising officer (again I'm a PCSO so cant be alone) to show up with the vehicle, and confirm my building is clear, at which point, i take him downstairs and into the vehicle...

Whilst driving towards the HQ, for "NO REASON", my prisoner is killed by a member of "barely-legal", I jump out the car thinking "WTF!", and I'm instantly killed too.

No warnings, nothing....

I look on teamspeak to find ANYONE from Barely-legal... There's no-one... atleast not using their ingame names... I radio'd EVERY COP on the server asking if there was any form of interactions with Barely Legal, incase I got caught in the middle of something....

The answer was No.

I Issued a ban on Barely Legal Banche. To which I'm demanded to be spoken to, and verbally insulted.

Another Barely Legal shows up, this time yourself Mr Black,

So there you have my explanation......

After this teamspeak ban, I start getting calls that Mr Black here decided to attempt to RDM a group of 6 cops scraping and cleaning up vehicles.

So what's your side Mr Black?

From what i recall he said you "desynced" up the ladder and tazed him, maybe he missed that you were talking to him, i don't know, but that's the info i got from it all. 

"Your prisoner" our friend, was not the target of the shootout, we were trying to free him, as is our instinct when one of us is in deep trouble. However looking back on the situation itself after talking to a mentor and admins it seems like a big mistake from our part, and we recognize it. We, and mostly me are extremely regretful of all this that took place, we just want to have fun on this server, i did not expect the roleplay lengths to go this deep into combat.

Yes i did a stupid move on the police outside the building after they tried scrapping my vehicles without the proper grounds to do so, they allegedy had a heli on 1km above Kavala the whole time, which came up later and i'd really like to see some proof on that. In hindsight i feel this was not the best way to approach the situation ...

On the teamspeak text, at this moment when i wrote this, i did not know it was bannable to speak to an admin about a current ban, i have read the rules and i know its improper to impose on an admin the way i did, but i'm only human and i do make mistakes, so do we all. In a moment of insanity and pure frustration i wrote to both you and Farmer Giles demanding an explanation.

Few minutes after this i was talking to Giles and he said they had the right since they knew it was involved in the drug trafficking that had been going on, i hadn't been out selling, or anything, just driving around and refused to stop when one officer tried to pull me over and then stopped chasing me. 

I understand what i have done wrong, and i won't repeat the mistakes that was made this day, trust me ... i have suffered by not being able to play. :(

I shot him in the head, in an attempt to rescue him, in hindsight i learnt that was not the way to do it here, and how do you only get that sentence from these last few posts i've written??? I'd love to talk to you on ts, but since you seem offended by the the f-word i put out i might never even get a chance.

How would you feel if all you thought about the past week is playing on a kickass server and weekend comes and the people in charge of the community won't even bother with a response? I know i have done wrong, i have learnt my lesson, and it won't happen again, how many times do i have to say it? Does this ban appeal seem like every other appeal you get by on this forum? 

And once again i have to say i did not no about the "no talking to the admin about a ban" rule on the teamspeak, since it's not in the official rules, its located in the ban appeal section, i don't know if you know this, but i'm quite new to the server aswell.

Just please, give me another chance...

Edit: And to answer your question, instead of doing what i did i'd do it like this: Run up to the corner and sit and wait for him to come up and then scream at him in direct: FREEZE PIG OR YOU'LL BECOME SWISS CHEESE!

What's a punishment if it doesn't punish, the attitude you are using in your replies are very selfish in nature.

@Thesoldier or @Crumble will be dealing with this one. In my opinion, you need to grow up.

Ofcourse they are selfish, they are about me and my actions, and how i am to learn from my mistakes so they never happen again, if i am to be received like this how do i get any chance to better myself? Do you see my question childish because i would like to play on your server again? For real? It was a serious question after a long week of work, and a completely justified question.

 
I think it's time you see what the cops have to deal with.

I am offering you the following terms: Complete an application with the police, pass the interview. You are then to play as police until you gain the rank of PC. You then will need to play as a PC for one week. If you complete the term, your community service is over and you may play as a civilian again. If you are not 16 years of age, you will have to be voted in if you wish to stay. If you are over 16, you may stay or leave the police.

Those are the terms if you agree.
