I was banned due to an incident that happened on wednesday night. I was taken hostage and later killed. As it was coming up to the 12am restart, I said I wouldnt bother coming back on tonight as it was quite late for me and I was up early the next morning. So, I waiting until I could respawn and then I spawned Kavala and logged straight out. I stayed in the loading screen lobby for a few minutes as I was texting on my phone and then completely disconected. When I woke up the next morning, I was told by one of my members that a report was made over me due to combat logging as some people were robbing my house when I disconnected. I then went onto the forums, found the members name that made the complaint and went onto ts to speak with him. As no admin was online, we said we would speak later about what happened but by that time, I was banned.
Why should we unban you ?
I feel that this whole situation was a genuine misunderstanding. At the time when I logged out, I got no message saying my house was being robbed so I didnt see the problem with me leaving the server. I was already banned before and was told that I had no more chances so have a look at it from my point of view, why would I bother risk getting banned when there was nothing of high value in the house? Yes there was drugs that would have added up to cost around 1 mil, but I would have been able to earn them back within around 40 minutes so why would I combat log over something thats not even worth it ?
