In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was robbing a gas station with my friends. Suddenly police officers arrived. We jumped into our car and drove away. We reached the top of the hill for a better position. We took our positions and waited for them. When officers arived and got off the vechicle, my friend Oblivion started negotiating with them. My other friend who was with us started negotiate too. So there were 2 people who were talking from our gang. There was no answer from the officers, so my shot him. Then I killed another police officer who was hiding behind the wall with his gun not lowered. In about a minute I just got banned and my friend too... I believe that it was miscommunication and we couldn't hear them as well as they us.

Why should we unban you ?
I really enjoy playing in this server as well as my friends do. We are trying to not break rules and that's why we are recording our actions to avoid situations like these. As I've mentioned I think that it was just a miscommunication. I and my friend are willing to compensate the loss if it's needed.

Your video shows nothing, the person in the video is trying to initiate on people he can't even see.

Remember, it is your responsibility to make sure that the person can hear and understand you.

According to your ban note, all they hear was "stop what we were doing" and then they got shot, do you think this is good enough roleplay to start to kill people?

I agree that I made a huge mistake-killing a second officer. When we were in that situation I was informed (by my friend who was recording)  that I can shoot. I thought that it was ok because he had already killed an officer. Right now I'm not trying to blame him, but I can only  admit that I made a wrong dessicion. With a regret and respect  I want to apologize those police officers for my bad communication and actions. If I will be able to play again, I could compensate the loss. Next time if I have to make an iniciation, I would choose a better distance (that people could really hear us) and better iniciation words ( not like "stop what you are doing").

What would you do differently in this situation to avoid RDM and Poor RP?

I would put my weapon away, talk to them from really close distance (that they could really hear us, and we could hear them as well). If it's possible, then I would try to avoid any gunfight and if it's not possible, then I would warn them  ("put your hands up or you'll be shot"). I would repeat it several times to make sure that they understood me. If they wouldn't agree with my requirements, only then I would start shooting.

You understand the basics of roleplay I.e Initiating, people need to get out of the habit of saying "hands up or you'll be shot" there is so many better ways to initiate in roleplay.

However you do understand I think you just need to expand it more.

"Listen bud, this is not a drill this is a f**king robbery! I have a high powered rifle that does more damage than good so i expect you to drop everything you have and give me the keys to your vehicle and sudden movement will result in brutal force being used"

Sounds a lot better than hands up or be shot ay? ^
