In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
While a friend and myself were attempting to rob someone an innocent bystander was shot by myself which was rdm because he had nothing to do with the situation.

Why should we unban you ?
It was an accident and mistake on my behalf. i should not have opened fire on such a populated area. i did not mean to kill the guy i shot as we were initiated on a totally different player. it was very bad aim and decision making by me and im really sorry it happened. i immediately apologized to the player i shot and offered him compensation. one of his friends (gang members) was there and i proceeded to the atm with him to compensate the desired amount. i totally understand why i got banned. it was really stupid on my behalf and i hope you give me a second chance. i have video of the whole process which is split into 2 videos. which to be honest looks pretty bad but i want you to see it because i want to be honest about what happend. the incident starts around 7 minutes into the first video and i comp the player at the beginning of the second video. the video ends when i get kicked.

rule 2.2 random deathmatch

failing to roleplay before killing someone. although it was an accident to kill that player i should have known better and not opened fire as we did not initiate or roleplay with that player. there was also no clear line of fire thus doing so was careless. 

after watching my own video i realised that i failed rule 3.5 as  we did not hotmic our intentions before initiating on the targeted player. as we were in proximity to the players we should have boadcasted our intentions to everyone in the area. this is something im not used to and will have to remember to do in the future.

well first of all if i find myself in the same situation i would not even attempt to rob someone. it was too close to the safe zone and there were way to many uninvolved players around the area. it was silly to even attempt anything at that moment. also if we do decide to rob someone we will hotmike if they are within hearing distance to initiate properly. also if things go south i will not fire unless i have clear line of sight and know for sure there are no innocent players in the way to make sure no one gets hurt who isnt involved. i will be a lot more careful in the future on how we initiate and how the robbery is executed.
