In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The reasoning for my ban is as follows. It was approximately mid-day on Monday, it was fairly quiet on the server owing to the fact that it was a weekday. A friend and I had previously been in a situation with Poseidon as a result of a dispute over border passes. The situation involved, in chronological order. Poseidon initiating a pursuit with me while driving my truck on the main road North of Pyrgos. Some time later, a Poseidon vehicle slammed on the brakes after overtaking my truck, due to the (lack of) distance at which he attempted to create a roadblock, I was neither able to stop or alter my course to fully avoid a collision in time. I ended up hitting the nearside of his vehicle which knocked the vehicle into him shortly after he had exited on the offside and resulted in him being rendered unconscious. A short time later I pulled over and exited my truck, Poseidon immediately restrained me and confiscated my border pass. They placed me in a vehicle and began to drive north of Pyrgos along the main road. During this time the driver of the vehicle began to make accusations that I had VDM'd his colleague intentionally to which I protested my innocence. I apologize for the language but for lack of a better word he was "Chatting s***" ,and while it was difficult for me determine if he was Role-playing or not, due to the language he was using and the tone of his voice I determined that he was speaking out-of-character and appeared to be offended and (or) upset by my actions. Shortly after we approached my friend who was pulled up by the side of the road and had been observing the situation. The driver of the vehicle was unaware that we were together and stopped on the adjacent side of the road, exited the vehicle, approached my friend and requested to a border pass which my friend produced. After being satisfied that he had a border pass the driver of the vehicle that I was restrained it began to walk back to me. At this point my friend produced an assault rifle from his backpack and initiated on the driver. This ended up with the Driver being shot after drawing his weapon from his back. My friend then lock-picked the vehicle and drove away with me still restrained in the passenger seat. About half a mile up the road we began taking shots from a Poseidon vehicle that had stopped approximately one-hundred meters off of the road which resulted in both my friend and I being killed. After this the Poseidon member that I had previously knocked down with my vehicle approached me and in a similar, annoyed, angry, irritated tone of voice began throw more accusations of intentional VDM my way. The person that had shot me approached and I asked for an explanation of why I had been shot and he explained that, he was just told to shoot at a vehicle and was unaware that I was restrained in it. After this the person that I had knocked down proposed that they drag us to the beach, nearby, and leave us to bleed out. This, combined with the fact that they had scrapped my vehicle shortly after restraining and confiscating my border pass me had made me incredibly annoyed, as my friend and I had been on at a quiet time in order to make some money. Shortly after the Poseidon member that my friend shot messaged him in TeamSpeak asking him to come and talk. A few minutes later my friend returns and explained that the person he had shot was very annoyed and sour. After this I decide to stay out of their way to avoid inflaming the situation further. I spawn at airport, retrieve a Huron and a Hemtt transport, stop of at Advanced Weapons to purchase a bag, pickaxe and other miscellaneous items then took off and went to land at the salt flats. Shortly after landing I see a vehicle approaching me so I draw my pistol because by this point I have had enough, after only coming on the server to make a bit of money while I have the opportunity, and did not intend being robbed or losing my huron until the next restart. He stops, exits the vehicle and I run over to him, Not initiating or saying anything to threaten him. We end up in a situation where he is at the front of the car and I am by the rear of the car. He asks me to holster my pistol or "he will use force" and not two seconds later runs round the side of the car while furiously spamming Shift + G as can be heard in the video and knocks me out. At this point I have had enough and just quit to go do something else.
Why should we unban you ?
There were things that happened prior to the incident that got me very annoyed, after the previous situation I should have left the server and taken a minute to "cool-off". I'm not the type of person that gets easily irritated but due to private issues I've been having a real s*** time for the past few months. This is part of the reason why I got irritated. I've been on the server for a month, which isn't that much time compared to a lot of people but during that time I've enjoyed it and have not done anything prior to this to get myself rebuked and I've had a lot of good interactions with people and met a new group of "Friends", which after losing basically all of my other friends due to collage and moving house shortly after is quite a nice thing to have. Granted, the server isn't the only place I can play with them, however, it's where we spend 95% of our time. I understand what I have done wrong now and will ensure that should I be un-banned that it won't happen again. I am personally ashamed that one action that does not properly represent my normal self has lead to this incident and while I am not begging I would like to request a second chance to continue participation in the community.
