hi ,thank you for listening and your interest in my case 

first , when breaking the rule (2.13) / (this rule does not allow anyone to harass players using loud vehicles , so as not to bother the players) " my goal was to take my friend and go "/ sorry to break the law and sorry to bother the players and i regret to do so .

second , my love for the server is not the only reason i want to go back there are other reasons , such as :
  1] i work hard in the server 
  2] i walk on the laws
   3] this server is one of the best servers this game.
  
i apologize for my action and for the inconvenience i have caused you to ask for mercy . " i have read the laws and i think i will not do it agine " . i hope that you will give me another chance and forgive me .

 
This isn't the first time that you've gotten in trouble with the rules, is it? Why should we believe that you've now read our rules and are going to pay attention to them?

Because I learned from my mistake and will not return it. I did not think the punishment was a permanent expulsion. I am very sorry and very sorry. Please give me another chance. I have read the rules well and will not return them

 (2.13) Please keep all aviation 300m above any greenzone excluding the airport (This is to make sure any roleplay is not disturbed).

This rule does not allow more than 300 meters over any green area, and the reason for the presence of this rule is that this rule does not allow anyone to harass the players using loud cars, so as not to disturb the players
