In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
This ban was issued over 2 years ago so I am no longer familiar with the events that took place however the official reason was 'trolling'. Obviously I was causing grief to a player or players that did not wish for me to do so which is not how role-play should be played and I apologise for any negative actions I acted on other players.

Why should we unban you ?
In the past 2 years I have matured greatly and have gained lots of valuable experience with role-play games and other altis life servers. I am a very devoted server and have other friends on the server that I wish to play with again as I have missed this server for the past 2 years. Thanks to the support team for processing my request.

Hi, yes I did an appeal last year when my friends were playing but I sold my pc just after  and have now just recently built a new one so am looking foreword to role playing with my friends again.

Could you please quote me the rule regarding to trolling? 
And then explain this rule in your own words.

(2.7) Trolling - The following examples are considered trolling however there are multiple others so we advise common sense. Running around the police/medics/anyone, throwing yourself in front of vehicles, playing music in any chat or on teamspeak, bombarding the messaging system, buying multiple vehicles to block spawn areas or using them to blow things up, jumping off buildings without RP,spamming the vote admin or vote kick system, talking/playing music in the lobby screen, playing soundboards/voice changers ingame and open TS channels (Punishment is a ban, or permanent ban depending on the severity). (RoleplayUK, 2018)

Trolling isn't exactly something specific as there are many things that could count as trolling, the list is never ending. Pretty much trolling is causing annoyance or grief to other players in any way shape or form. Talking abuse in chat or purposely provoking another player can be seen as trolling and overall just making a bad experience for other role-players on the server which is very unfair and shines a bad light on the server itself. Whatever I did to be banned for this reason was irresponsible and if I were to be unbanned I will use my now stronger roleplaying skills and respect on your server.

I plan to join a few of my friends doing jobs and trying to build my money back up. I’ve been told I should join a gang but I’m not sure. I fully intend to follow all the rules and make sure I don’t break any of them especially the ones that got me banned, and just enjoy the role play experience again.
