(1.2) saying the N-word in direct chat and (1.3) saying "police are cancerous" in side chat (OOC??). This is the second time i wrote this appeal, because i didn't see it in the "dispute a ban section", so i thought it was because i didn't have an account. Sorry if this appears twice, not my intentions.

Why should we unban you ?
(1.2) The day i wrote the message was probably the very first day or a couple of days after i bought the game and joined "uk/eu altis life server". I wrote the message before i knew what "sidechat" was and it was then when i started to learn the functions of the game. I myself am dark skin, not to say that it was ok for me to write the N-word by any means, but just to tell you that i didn't have any intention to discriminate anyone. I both hear and use the word myself in my daily life and is the reason why I wrote it so nonchalant, without thinking of what the consequences could be. Of course you can neither know or confirm my color and there is no excuse for what i wrote. The message was probably one of the first, if not the first message i wrote and was when i learned how to write in direct chat. The only player that heard the message was a player named fulax and maybe a player named fridge, which both are people i know in real life and so i know they didn't take any offence. Thinking about the situation i don't expect for this appeal to be accepted and only hope i can get a second chance.

As for (1.3) i meant it as a joke, but completly see why it can be taken as being toxic and badmouthing someone. it was not meant to target any specific player, but rather the entire police force, me being a criminal in the game and hating (not actually) the police for taking my cannabis.

I'm deeply sorry for both actions and hope that somehow i can continue playing on the server which i truly love and enjoy! Now that i have taken the time to sit down and actually read the rules, I understand that it was something i should have done in the first place. When i joined the server, it even told me to read the rules, something i disregarded when trying to eagerly enjoy the game faster, which ironically seems to be the reason i might never play on the server again.

So wait, from what I can see you had conversations before all this happened in OOC, then you decide to, for starters call someone a rapist, murderer and trash in OOC. Then a few days later you call someone the N word, then the day after you call the police cancerous. I am sorry, but 1. I don't see the joke here, I really don't. The 1.3 was not just bad mouthing the Police but also for the "rapist, murderer, trash" comment you send out. So please explain what went through your head in that regard, because I can't for the life of me understand that.

 
The person I called a rapist, murderer and trash was my friend named fulax, which at the time was testing the zip tie/blindfold functions on me(again at the time we were new to the game), which I told him to stop (we were talking in discord at the time). He knocked me out and zip tied me and blindfolded me, he proceeded to take me inside my own vehicle and drive somewhere away from the players. Whilst my screen was black and I couldn't do anything I wrote in side chat that he was going to rape me and murder me. Something I now see when taken out of context sound very wrong and disgusting. At the time I didn't take any of the other players into consideration and was only focusing on the conversation between me and my friend, something I should've kept only in the discord and off the OOC chat.

Since you clearly have everything I said word for word, there should be a sentence where i mention the player i called a rapist and a murderer. The name of that player should be as I said "fulax" and he can confirm the story. 

And yes, calling the police cancerous was not only bad mouthing them, but also very toxic and i was out of line. 

As for saying the N word, it was not targeted at a specific player, but rather something I wrote depending on how I felt at that moment. Again as I said in my appeal "I myself am dark skin" and to me the N word is a word i use to express how I am feeling rather than using it to discriminate a certain person. I remember saying it because my friend accidentally crashed into me with his hemtt box, which blew up my hemtt box and killed me. At that moment i was a little pissed off at him and wrote the N word as a way to express to him that I was mad and was not intended to discriminate him (also the person I wrote it to is white and wouldn't make sense using it for that purpose). I wrote it in direct chat, because it was supposed to be only between us.  This again is something i should've kept inside our discord and not in the direct chat.

First of all, regardless of it being your friend or not, this is not tolerated here at all.  

Secondly, the number of bans where we've seen people go "I said this because I'm that" is amazingly high, again, it's not tolerated here at all.

So, if this is what you're actually like, why should we even begin to consider your unban appeal?  If you're just going to be toxic and ruin other experience why shouldn't we just deny it and move on?

 
Honestly, I don't think I have a good enough answer for that. I do see my mistakes and don’t deny that there is no excuse for my actions. I am deeply sorry if I had offended anyone as that wasn’t my intention. This was said as a joke, although I see now that it was in really bad taste and I will not do this again. By un-banning me, I swear that I will not make comments like this, or otherwise display toxic behavior. Also, even though I haven’t taken the roleplay aspect as serious as I should have, I will start to participate more frequently and in a constructive and pro-social way, engaging other players. From now on I will abide by your rules and will not act in such a way that will put your servers in a bad light.

 
For starters I would pick up from where I left off, and continue to explore the different possibilities within the server. This i would do with my friends and maybe with some friendly ingame players, which happen to tag along. When encountered with role play situations, whether it would be during a robbing, car crash or police interactions, I would ensure myself to follow the rules that are applicable during that moment, but also use common sense to not disrupt others gameplay or ruin their experiences.

well, your behaviour was totally out of order. 
at this point, i dont fele confident to give you a other chance. 
Then if i look at your profile picture on here. i know your sense of humor does not fitt here. 

Therefore i will Denied this. and make this a permanent ban. 
You can appeal in 6 months form now.
