Why should we unban you ?
In my defence there was no intent to brake the rules and lose all for nothing. I was playing much up to that point with my friends and kinda just gave up. but now i kinda miss the server and really want to get back on.

So - Was this a mass RDM you did? or did you just RDM one person?

 
Shot at a car with two persons in and pretty sure only one or none died it was a long distance shooting. (But it was a police car)   :/
There where rebels there shooting down in a valley where my friends where getting weed so they (my friends) tried to hide but i was on a mountain scouting in an open area so i could not hide and kinda got in the middle of the action. But still i was not a rebel and should not have taken those shots but you get nervous in this game and when the heart beat goes up, you just act on impulse to save yourself and get out of there.
 

 
This ban is over a year old. Why did you wait this long with appealing?

I actually broke the rule so the ban was legit but on the other hand i have had things come up and felt close to being banned but never been able to prove inocent but resently got a nvida card so i have shadowplay and i think that is very important to play this.
Nr.2 
Just to mention what those close things are then one of it is when one faked a blown tire and 2 on each side with sniper and wait for someone who is not helping but stopping to rob the helpless drive and then rob him. Which is legit but needs recording since those guys get pissed and threaten to get us banned.
