In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i broke NLR since i came to the same place i died and complained about why someone killed me . then i stole his truck .
I got shot at and at the thrill of the moment i accidentally ran over someone .

Your character has been killed by a cop
Your character has died in a RP situation.
Your character has been involved in an accident

You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!

VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Just because i read the rules . first time i entered the server i didnt read the rules . now i read them and i fully understand , ill appreciate another chance

The nlr breaking wasnt acceptable , however the vdm is .
Lets say you just stole a truck that is in a parking spot and you have to reverse in order to get out , you are getting shot at , the first thing you will do as an instinct is reverse and try to get out , not to see if there is someone behind . A guy was behind me and i ran him over . 
I think that should be forgiven .

In my position yes , cause its an an actual mistake and not vdm on purpose .
however , vdm on purpose is not acceptable .
i really just want to play , not to fuck with the admins . i feel like this unbanning process is really complicated and i dont want to go trough it again .
