In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i think i was banned by a foul playing admin. While i was on a diamond run with my mates we were attacked by a couple rebels who in fact RDM'd me and my other friend, first one of our trucks exploded because of them, when we got out to examine the wreckage one of them stole my tempest device, when i fired a warning shot at the robber another rdmed me, when i told hmi i had a video, to protect himself he banned me.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: because i was doing everything right and i was attacked probably by admin, by the way there is some bad grammar in one of the bars. "In your own words, Why do you think you WAS banned"

I was nothing to do with whatever interaction you were involved in, i was on admin duties and noticed you threatening bans in sidechat.

It isn't hard to follow the rules and act like a mature person yet you chose otherwise. 

 
i'm glad to hear that an admin has not become foul, but shouldn't you give a warning for that ?

It's YOUR responsibility to ensure you know the rules before playing.

3E) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice

For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban)

 
after i had submitted the report i followed up with the rules and read that, but i would still assume that after violating such a minor rule that an admin would decide to give a warning before granting a PERMANENT ban

i realise i was in the wrong, i have refreshed my-self, i would much appreciate it if you could give me a pardon

You keep on about a warning.... Its clear to me you havent bothered reading the rules so i will quote something from the first section here

"[COLOR= rgb(191, 191, 191)]Upon entering the server you are greeted with the above splash screen which advises you of this rule page, This is the only warning you will receive here"[/COLOR]

 
No response from player. If you still wish to be unbanned please open another appeal and answer any questions asked.
