I was banned because of fail RP and breaking rules by being homophobic to another player.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because I first joined the server when I was new to RP. I’ve played on various other servers since then and have learnt how to RP, I have also read the rules of the RPUK servers.

So on this report that were banned for:



You guys were openly harassing him because of a previous situation metgaming breaking rp etc. Do you understand why these rules are in place? 

 
Correct it is an RP server. So would you kindly explain why you were issuing threats like this via OOC

As a word to the wise, if this answer is deemed to be as low effort as the original appeal and the answer to the last question, this appeal will be denied.

 
Like I said, I was new to Arma I had never role played before and didn’t have any idea what I was doing, I’ve gained experience by playing on other servers and now know how to role play edequitly. I think I would be able to fit in with the rest of the people on the server. 

All I can say is I’m sorry for the things I did when i first started playing. It is my fault for not taking the time to go over the rules like everyone else. 

If I need to explain why the rules are in place that I broke I can do so.

I was homophobic to a player calling him a “faggit”. Being homophobic to player is wrong in many aspects, I don’t know his background so I could’ve upset him and made him feel unwelcome to the server. 

I broke RP in game to this player, I was speaking about the last situation I had to him, this is meta gaming.

breaking RP destroys the fun of everyone else in the server who over heard me speaking to this player and the player himself, these rules are in place as this server is role play only, I must act in this server the way I would act in real life. 

Meta gaming when I use information from a past life and use It against someone. 

If there’s anything I’ve missed out or need to go in on further detail, let me know, I’ll be more than happy to explain.

Quote the exact rules from the rulepage and explain the meaning of those rules in your own words.

 
 low/fail RP. My own definition, pretending to be someone or something I otherwise can’t be and acting the way this person or thing would.
