In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Im abit unsure. NLR had passed, one of the NLA people said the convoy was still there. Landed with hummingbird as ARAC and jumped into the Mohawk, got told to jump out and so i did. Banned after that.

Why should we unban you.
I didn't steal my own vehicle. I didn't know its stealing if no one is there, said hello at the area for 30 sec and no one responded. Tryed to talk with [INS] Farmer Giles and resolve before going to the ban stage but he wanted it, no attempt of resolve was made.

After a firefight, geared up in ARAC clothing and returned to his helicopter to try and steal it back of the police

 
You got banned for NLR. 

You died and come back to your helicopter in ARAC gear to try and steal it back of the police. 

You wanted to resolve it, i told you why you was banned, and told you to submit an unban appeal as i was busy, i do not have to resolve a situation and unban you at that immediate time. 

 
Thanks for linking that to me spooner... I had already seen it but I wanted Giles' input.

Staff do not HAVE to resolve a situation if they see a clear cut rule break.

So... Start explaining...

Why on earth did you think it was a good idea to break rules?

 
i didn't break NLR, as said to you before you left the channel, i waited 16 minutes so NLR had passed and one of the NLA people saw the situation and reported to me after NLR had passed that the convoy was still there, so im allowed to go back then right?

 
yes and i did, forgot about them. one NLA guy was still at the area seeing it all and he reported that the convoy was still there after 15 minutes and that's why i went back. I could explain it to you if you have the time in teamspeak.

Tried to contact Farmer Giles now for 3 days, its still standing still. Talked to @Droge Worstand to @Farmer Gilesand they said they would take a look at this but im not sure whats going on? 

 
Unbanned, follow the rules going forward:

For clarification, you are to forget your vehicles. It would have been ok if a gang member knew the vehicle was there, lockpicks, and returned it  without you telling them about it after you died.
