For a misunderstanding that occurred where I thought I was initiated on an individual and were in an active gun fight.
Why should we unban you ?
Well let me start out by saying that in the video it shows Clunders telling the guy to pull over the vehicle. In Clunders report he states that the video did not catch everything he said and I can vouch for that. Being that we were in teamspeak together I heard him say the rest of the things listed in his report. Now while I was running up on the individual we were attempting to rob I saw him jump out pull out his weapon and begin to start firing. I instantly took cover and tried to get a shot on the individual that had just killed my fellow member. This whole time I am thinking okay, we properly initiated, the man we were robbing is no scrub and got solid kills on my gang members and we are now in an active firefight. At no time did I think I would have to leave my cover and attempt to re initiate on the individual knowing that he has just gunned down two of my fellow members. All that was going through my mind was this was a robbery gone south and I have to eliminate this threat. approximately 15 seconds after my second member was gunned down the individual moves away from his cover. Being that the last shot fired in this firefight was only 15 seconds ago I thought that this was a perfect opportunity to finish what we started. To be honest I have been on the receiving end of this many times. With 4000+ hrs on arma, and approx. 2500 of those hours playing RP servers. I've had my fair share of being robbed myself. When I get robbed by a gang with the same tags as each other I know that until that situation is over, they are all a threat. A few times this has happened to me on this server. I did not think this was a big deal however, I came to conclusion that they got the best of me this time and I will move on with my life. However in this situation it seems that is not gonna fly. I did not purposely mean to RDM this individual, It is honestly a misunderstanding. I talked to Clunders and we are planning to make sure our intentions are crystal clear when interacting with other players on this server. I apologize for any inconvenience I may have cause and would like to continue playing on the server.
