Hobo stole his vehicle, uses this as justification to VDM multiple times. Claimed to know the rules, couldn't name the rule broken.

Just because someone is annoying doesn't mean you can break server rules alright..... Explain the rule you broke in your own words

Useing a vehicle to run a player over or hit a car is considered vdm and you will get a ban

I have red the rules as soon as i joined the server. Until the ban i have followed the rules, but i could not come up with the excact rule at that moment. however i knew most of the rules. So yesterday i have red them thoroughly so if i get unbanned i won't get banned again
