In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned because I was going arround and repairing randome cars in green zone and people though I was lockpicking with the silent lockpick skill
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 6E) You are unable to steal vehicles in a green or blue zone (I was repairing cars)

6F) If you are in active combat you are unable to run into the green zone to avoid being killed/robbed (he kidnnaped me at the auction place at kavala and some one unziptied me Not knowing it was some one helse I was banned)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I dident know it wasent aloud to repair cars in kavala and I wont do it again

It should say who UNRESTRAINED you because I thouth he lef me go

Yes I remember. You was going around lock picking the cars whilst talking about it in game. I watched you for a while hence you didn't get banned instantly. If you can provide evidence that you was repairing that would be fine but it was taking you a while to lock pick and repairing doesn't take that long. I believe there was an officer around in whose attention you was trying to get also.

 
I wasent lockpicking the car and when people sayed to stop "Lockpicking there cars" I would stop repairing them 

And I promish I wont do it again and NOT repair or LOCKPICK any cars near kavala and I will try to record what I do evry time I go on

 
So you was just going around repairing them ?.... seems a little far fetched why didn't you speak to people and RP it ?

We was not born yesterday and don't think we haven't heard this one before, Care to come clean ?

 
I was repairing but I sayed in rp that I was repairing and when they sayed //you can't lock pick cars in safe zone I responded //I'm repairing
