because I abused OOC. I don't know exactly what happened because it happened already a long time ago. but I have a feeling that I asked about what people were doing.

Why should we unban you ?
I wont do it again because:
I've been banned for this. this gave me a reason to read the rules better to improve in the future.
I had a lot of time to think about it which I did. I improved my roleplay on other servers aswell and I haven't broken a rule since this ban.
Because I actually like to roleplay now. first it was just a farming simulator with shooting for me. But now I see it is more than that, you need actually skills to do something fun and usefull on this server.

I am sorry for my late response,

The rule i broke is:

(3.4) Side (OOC) chat roleplay is forbidden. You must not use side chat to broadcast events that you observe (for example, you may not broadcast "X are going to rob the bank". The exception is advertising your in game business.

my explanation of this rule:

I cannot talk about stuff that happens in game, I cannot ask about what people are doing ingame, anything that has to deal with roleplay like when you are in prison you cannot ask for help in OOC, The only exception on this rule is advertising ingame business like merceneries/bodyguards as an example.

 
Except that isn't the rule that you broke, was it?  You weren't using OOC to "Roleplay" rather you were posting things such as:

This is not acceptable. As I said I didnt knew exactly where it was for. thanks for the reminder, maybe it was because I was being stupid and I didnt knew exactly stuff about roleplay, also thinking of excuses is useless, I did it. I cant change time. But I have learned from it and thats why i appealed my ban.

 
With that having been said could you please quote and explain the rule that you actually broke?

 
I am away for one week. I replied with my phone which is difficult for me. U can timeout me if u want to.
