i was banned for coming out of my restrains when the arresting officer died and trying to pick up a gun instead if putting my hands on my head

Why should we unban you ?
because at the time of the incident i did not know there was a rule for restraint glitching and that i was meant to just stay there with my hands on my head. i know the rules but because this one is not on the list specifically i did not know about it and i am now also aware that at the time i was been passed notes in the side chat telling me i have to put my hand back on my head however i did not see these notes as my side chat was bugged out at the time i have video evidence of this which i will post. in the video my audio is also not working for some reason but i was saying i could not see side chat and went back into ts to see if my partner was back in ts to ask what he was telling me but he still had his ts muted so there was no way of me knowing that i was been passed notes until it was to late. i am now fully aware of what actions i should take if i enter this sort of situation again and i and deeply sorry for breaking the rules (even though i did not know about it at the time ) i have already been denied an appeal once for this and told i was telling lies because my video that shows i was not lieing was overlooked please watch my side of the situation and you will see that this was a honest mistake and not a out right disregard for the rules. (2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future. 

It would come under exploitation and any form of glitching is a form of explotation as it exploits the certain aspects of the game to gain an advantage. I am very very sorry this happens it was unintended and I now know what i should do in this situation if it happens again I love this server and would very much like to get back to it please

Firstly, please do not edit the header to "waiting for staff" as it's not going to help your appeal, you leave it and be patient for the staff member to comment.

I'm not sure what you mean about editing the header. If it was editited it was not me. And I have been patient I would of been unbanned a while ago if you had watched my video on my first unban appeal but instead you ignored it and just accused me of been untruthfull and denied my appeal so I have had to wait twice as long as everyone else in my appeal. 

Im not going to claim to be the best rolplayer and the most entertaining person but If I am unbanned I can bring a good level of roleplay and entertainment to the community I'm not really sure what else is expected of me other than that 

i have just looked and i cant even find the button that will let me edit the header so i think you might have me confused with someone else.

Okay so i have watched your video, all it evidences to me is that your gang member Drex, told you 'Do like me man' with his hands on his head as his restraints had fallen off. He also spoke of a note that you would have seen, though it seems you have your chat disabled. So you were pre-warned by your gang however, once your restraints had dropped you wandered round for about 4 minutes, used this advantage to sell your cocaine and pick up a weapon from a cop that had died, so at that point you exploited a glitch.

Hence the ban for restraint glitching which falls under the rules regarding exploiting. WIth that being said and the attitude being displayed here why should I unban you?

I'm not sure what you mean about editing the header. If it was editited it was not me. You suggested that you didn't know at the time, however your own video proves you being told to stop your actions by a member of your own gang and place you hands back on your head. That's my the claim that you didn't know becomes a bit defunct.

So I just watched the video again and I did no have my chat disable it just bugs out from time to time I'm not sure why and yes i tried to pick up the gun but was unable to as you xan see from my video it dis not go in my inventory and stand ny what i said when i did not know at the time that restraint glitching was a thing and I did not hear him say to put my hands on my head at the time as ther where a few people talking and it hard to hear everythin i did un mute my team speek to see if drex was back in ts to ask him what he was trying to tell me with the note but he still had his comms muted and im not sure if anyome else has a video of whay happend cus in mine i hade my mic mute on shadow play and did not realise untill i poated the video but if tjere is another video you should be able to here say i cant see notes or something tonthay afect i cant rememner exatly what i said and I only just herd it this time round watching video and I'm sorry if I come across as aggressive that is not my intent and I'm sure you can understand why I am frustrated after all it was a honest mistake one that I now know will not happen again as I now know what I am ment to do in that situation if it happens again i am truly very very sorry that I came across as untruthful and agressive but I love this server in fact it's the only arma server I play on since finding it and been apart of this community mean a great deal to me it is an amazing community and I would really really like to get back to it so I can play on the server I love. 

Words cannot express how sorry I am for this whole situation and how grateful I would be to be given another chance to prove I can be great member of this community and possibly be a roll model to some new comers of the community and help them not make the same mistakes I have made.

What have  you learned from this situation?

I have learned that if i am in a situation where my zip ties come off i should instantly put my hands on top my head and nothing else. I have also learned that the more i moan and blame other people for my mistakes the longer it will take to get resolved. I have learned  to stay calm ans getting angry and upset will only make matters worse. I have learned that all rules are there for a reason and although i dint understand this one the more i read over the rules and thought about then the more they make sense. Ii have also learned how boring other games are when i just wanna play this one.

There are no words that can express how sorry i am and i would very much appreciate another change to play on the server i love
