In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for: (3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over Teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.
I pretty much forgot to hot mic key points through a roleplay situation against another gang such as not hot micing myself saying to Lincoln ''I've passed you the keys to the helicopter''
 

Why should we unban you ?
Well I was originally banned for something completely different at first but I believe other staff team members reviewed the footage which was related to the first reason to why I was receiving a ban and it seemed that a few staff team members did not agree with me receiving a ban for that specific reason. (I am not saying that is the exact reason on why I am now appealing a 3.5 instead) Now it has come to my attention that I am receiving the ban for not hotmicing key points during my communications with other members within my channel. I had a discussion about this with TinyBigJacko a few days ago and as soon as he pointed this out to me when he reviewed the footage of the situation, I straight away held my hands up to not hotmicing. I actually was concerned on whether I should of hotmic'd some of the things I said during when Lincoln uploaded the footage to show myself and Steve before he passed it over to Long Beard since he was requesting a video from our side of the situation since I was receiving a ban for something completely different. During my absence away from the server since that situation, I have took it upon myself to re-educate myself on the (3.5 rule) so I do not make this same stupid mistake again when roleplaying. I am very apologetic for having the staff team deal with me yet again in an unban appeal but I suppose if I am to be punished for breaching this rule then I will take it on the chin. l was a bit worried about having to put this appeal up in case I am put at risk of it getting denied and then having a 6 month ban placed on me, hell I was really hoping and praying that I wouldn't have to feel ashamed with another ban on my record because its just leading me closer to a final chance or worse.. the dreaded 6 months.
In conclusion: Yes I mucked up AGAIN and I am sorry for not thinking thoroughly when communicating. To be honest I've never been so ashamed.. I just feel as if I've proper ruined my reputation here and the thing is, I actually do care about my reputation and my place within Roleplay UK.

I am sorry that you have to see me here appealing yet again but thank you for taking your time on having to deal with me.

Since you've committed this to public record, I feel there's some things that need to be divulged for said public record in the interests of transparency and setting  things straight.

Just to clarify Jordan, since I'm getting the feeling you're trying to make a point here and trying to give the impression that you're somehow the victim of a miscarriage of justice. The decision to change your ban to a 3.5 from a 3.7 (Baiting), was mine and mine alone.

From discussions I've had with the people within your circle, it appears you think I was encouraged to do this. I can assure you this is not the case.  

I believe you think I changed your ban because other staff disagreed with me and some kind of peer pressure was applied. This is not true. In reality, a healthy discussion was had within the staff team, after which I decided to give you the benefit of the doubt. I explained this to you and advised you to place an unban appeal for the 3.5. Why you would bring up the original ban is beyond me, considering your integrity and honesty regarding that, and our initial chat consisted of nothing but lies from you, were you tried to pin the blame on an innocent party who came to your defence. I've deliberately refrained from divulging that information to said innocent party, purely because I don't see any benefit in it. I'm disappointed you would try to spin this situation.  

I suggest you focus on your 3.5 appeal

Ok @CSI LONG BEARD.. Thank you for clearing everything up regarding you making your decision. My apologies if you thought that what I wrote was me saying that you were forced to make your decsion... That was not my intention at all. I respect that you have spent a lot of time when making your decision as well. 

All i'm going to say Long Beard is that my intentions were not to make you look bad. I only added the information about the banning of baiting because I just wanted to make sure I was telling the whole story of how this happened. Do I think I am a victim of miscarriage of justice? I don't think so. At the end of the day, I held my hands up to the whole hotmicing business when TinyBigJacko made me aware that I should of hotmic'd some key points. You decided to ban me for it and that's your decision so fair play. I am not arguing that my ban isn't justified at all. I forgot to hotmic so therefore I  broke the rules.

This is a relatively minor offense for you and you will be unbanned for it.

However, please bear in mind that you have recently been unbanned from a perm ban and now you are being unbanned for a minor offense. The amount of chances we are willing to give you has very much been used up. This is your last chance do not carelessly throw it away.

I know you are a very good Roleplayer and I hope to see that Jordan Naylor returns.
