In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
Because somebody found my own personal opinion on 9/11 offensive, I told them to blow me. Jamz banned me. My own personal opinion mind you , no warning given. Had £100,000 worth of weed in the car lost, only reason i was in the chat was because the server had frozen.

Why should we unban you.
Its like trip number 3 for me onto Altis life, actually started to get somewhere, Spent ages just waiting to get the £100,000 worth of weed aswell then the server freezes so i wait some more. Somebody else in chat shared my opinion on 9.11 , then Jamz doesnt so he bans me? . Somebody else trys to get me banned (Not an Admin) i tell them to blow me. Warning for Admin i can understand but some random ?

Mate id like to also add ive only read the server rules once registering on this site to appeal my ban. Literally no more to this than ive stated. Cheers.

This is one of them times where I knew that I should've screenshotted it but didn't...............
It seemed like you was coming out with a smart joke about 9/11 - A terrorist attack that killed hundreds - I don't take lightly to this kind of stuff.

I don't have a screenshot and can't remember what was said accurately as I'm very tired;

If I remember correctly, it was something along the lines of vehicles blowing up in Kavala due to the hacker that was on and you saying something about 9/11.

Not being funny that seems like a bit of an abuse of power? When we were in chat talking about why it was freezing I was the first one to try help you by identifying what was happening as a hack.  Then people started making jokes about why it was happening so I joined in and said conspiracy! Somebody else then said jet fuel doesn't melt steel beams!  So I put lol another 9/11! Then like 3 people say I'm sick and 1 says ban Nathan Cooper,  so I said blow me and you banned me :/ no warning.  Not being funny but I get a couple of hours a night to play games I've been enjoying altis life,trying to grind my way up to buy a helicopter but with the bandits and the me accidentally dying it's taking long enough on its own.  To lose 100,000 ( when it froze I was literally at the dealers otherwise I'd if just disconnected and rejoined) is honestly a pain in the ass but the possible 2-300,000 I would of got from a few more runs last night is just harsh. Like I said I'm new and it's hard enough without being banned for nothing. I'm in the UK too so I was knackered aswell but I wasn't abusive at all.

so you make a tasteless joke about a sensitive subject and then tell another player to "blow me"  meanwhile you have a staff of multiple people behind the scenes trying to catch the hackers from last night. Did you think that in this adult community and your "joke" would be seen in poor taste?

 
Its an Adult community, I thought my 'tasteless' joke would be seen as just that , a joke. Somebody else referenced 9/11 and i joined in whilst waiting for the un freeze. If he'd of actually been insulting people that died or making light of the fact people died then yeah i can appreciate a need to ban me and him both. But for me to literally say its another 9/11 and then for some weener to instruct an admin to ban me? I saw fit to blow me . Thats not vulgar language and as an adult community at gone 1 AM i see now reason for that to be a bannable offense? We were all paused frozen so the chat box exploded with people joking and stuff , again if it was just out and about in altis life then fair enough ban me. Cant really see a reason to ban somebody that justs keeps to himself and grinds , its also like my 3rd or 4th time on the server and its the only server ive found a community im settled in . Also i lost just over 100k .

Not going to beg but id appreciate an unban .

At the time that this happened, I was the ONLY admin on the server until I had a few more staff join me, and currently with limited access I was struggling trying to keep the server from going into mayhem due to this hacker.

If you think making stupid, immature, crude jokes is something that is okay whilst something like that was happening......

Oh, by the way, you was already banned by the time this other member "instructed" me to ban you. I just hadn't gotten around to kicking you from the server.

I think that you should take a step back on this appeal and stop this accusation throwing and trying to shove the blame into other people's hands.

 
How was i already banned?? Im sorry but the only reason i had said blow me was after he told you to ban me? Then all you said was Goodbye Nathan? 

Im not trying to shove any blame onto any body elses hands , im saying you had no reason to ban me i didnt break any rules as far as i know , I wasn't the one that originally brought up 9/11 , just saying its another 9/11 isnt in any way degrading to the memories of people that died on that day and considering a family friend of mine was one of them i should know . 

To be honest i dont even think the member that said jet fuel doesnt melt steel was being offensive,  its an opinion on a topic that takes interest in alot of peoples minds. Regardless you could simply have said do not mention 9/11 ? An instant ban for me without any warning other than goodbye Nathan is completely out of order.

And i appreciate you being the only admin on the server at the time , but if i remember correctly you said if anyone has information about what is going on please contact us. I instantly said it is a hacker. So if anything i gave my 2 cents to help out. 

Edit* apologies if this bumps the thread , In your words then Jamz what would you say happened to lead to my ban? What i said that was offensive? Am i lying with my version here?

I get it was stressful situation due to the hacker, but in the end, tasteless jokes might not be appropriate for other members of the community.
