Before I am going to start my second Un-Ban Appeal I want to mention that my English is defiantly not the best, so I might type some words or sentences wrong.

All the rules that have been broken:

(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality role play, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc. is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality role play, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (e.g. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality role play, please at least attempt to create an interesting role play story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).


I got banned because I broke rule (2.2) Also known as RDM. I am going to explain all the rules I have broken in my own words later in this Un-Ban Appeal. I am going to explain the situation that got me banned. On 26/12/17 me and two other gang members tried to rob two other guys at uranium refinery. A gang member started to initiation on the two guys processing their uranium at that time. The initiation was decent but there was one thing wrong with the initiation. There was not initiated with friends in the area. After my fellow gang member finished his initiation (Not stating the fact that there are friends in the area) The two guys getting robbed proceeded to shoot at my fellow gang member. One of the guys that starting shooting at my friend got killed by me before he was able to kill my fellow gang member. Because there was not a threat with friends in the area I had no right at all to shoot at that guy. So that made me broke rule (2.2 RDM)

I am going to explain rule (2.2) and rule (7.1.3) in my own words.

Rule (2.2): Also known as Random Deathmatch is shooting at someone without providing enough role play. You need to create an interesting story or role play before you start shooting at that person. Counts downs are not allowed. They need to have enough time to comply before you shoot them.

Rule (7.1.3): If you are going to kill someone it’s very important that you do that with high quality role play. And give them enough time to comply. There is one exception. If you are in an active gunfight you do not always have the change to kill/execute someone with high quality role play. At moments like that the rule does not count.

Why should we unban you ?
Why should I be Un-banned?

First, I want to apologize for breaking those rules and receiving the warnings. My intention was never to ruin the role play in any sort of way. There for I am going to leave my current gang and I am going to focus more on role play I am going to keep myself out of gun fights for a long time. Currently I am a member of the NHS, so I am going to do more NHS patrols, so I can get better at role play. My first Un-ban appeal got denied two weeks ago. I know that I had to take a decent amount of time but two weeks feels like ages for me. Most of the time I was playing on the RPUK server. I have met most of my friends on this server and I just had a blast on this server. it’s well organized and you see that there are staff members busy with the server daily. I also want to apologize myself to all the staff members that had to waste their time with my ban.

I let myself slip a bit and had to realize that this is a role play server and not KOTH or Wasteland. People are here to have a fun time and role play. Gun fights should just be a side issue and not something I should focus to much on when playing on this server. I hope that I can proof all the actions I just called in my Un-ban appeal and to show that I am not saying this just, so I can get unbanned but to show that I have learned from my mistakes and that this banned was a very big lesson for me.

@Auxen I know two weeks do not sound long but believe me when i tell you this. These two weeks took ages for me. Especially because the majority of my time i was on the server. so answering your question. Yes two weeks is a decent amount (for me). I do understand if you think that is not a decent amount of time though

So as DELETER stated on the report. You have had 2 warnings within 1 month, leading up to your ban. Then one earlier for a kick to read the rules, please explain to me why we should give you this extra chance, when you obviously broke rules before this incident as well.

Did you not read the rules proper back then? Because reading the exact rule you quoted, "count downs are not allowed", then you get a warning for doing exactly that.

On that day when i gave that countdown i Apoligezed and regretted it straight away. I can explain that situation with the countdown. I was doing a blood diamond run when i showed up to the processor i saw a dead officer who needed to revived. There were no medics on so i wanted to get a defib for the officer. But there was one problem i was driving a Hemmt box. less then a minute later someone showed up with a helicopter he jumped out so i asked him nicely can i use your chopper to save this officer. He refused so in order to use his chopper i told him to put his hands on his heads and give me the keys. And then i made a mistake. I started to countdown. immediately after my action i told him in // that i am sorry and that i am going to defib the guy and apologized straight away. after that an admin showed up that was watching that current situation i also apologized but Stavik told me he wrote the warning down.

Also when i get kicked for reading the rules i did read the rules properly. It was just a miss call from my side. I can promise you that i wont countdown ever again nor break any rules in general

So going forward how can we as staff be sure that you'll keep to the rules and won't just "relapse" back into a similar mindset?

Just like i mentioned before this ban ruined a lot of fun time for myself. I enjoyed playing RPUK on a daily bases and not being able to play it right now really sucks a lot. So i will never put myself in a situation again which can lead me to not playing on the server again. I think the only thing i can do now is promise the staff that i wont break the rules again and i hope to proof that aswell.

Right, you will be unbanned, but this is your final chance for 6 months. Have any ban's in that time and you will be issued with a perm ban. You have too many warnings for poor RP, very similar to this incident which lead to you being banned.
