In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for violating Rules 2.4 and 1.7, which I believe both relate to me transferring items to and from my vehicle through the Diamond Processor window.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that I should be considered for unbanning as the intention and nature of the exploit was not malicious nor was it having any intentional negative effect on anybody's gameplay and experience on the server. I used this exploit to speed up processing in order to not have to run around the door to my vehicle in order to save time for me. Although I haven't been active on the server for very long I have seen several people use this exploit leading me to believe that it was not considered exploiting as I haven't read the rules since when I was learning to play and checking things. Considering this, I feel that it was grossly unfair to ban me instantly without any notice or warning aside from the rules I hadn't read since about a week in advance. I have recently started to enjoy this server over the past fortnight with my friend and have spent a substantial amount of that time on the server. During that time I have not got into trouble with staff and have enjoyed and participated in fair and quality roleplay with other players. I sincerely apologise for breaking server rules and using up your time by making you read this but I promise that if you do decide to allow me back that I will have learned from this experience and will always check over the rules before trying something new. [SIZE=medium]"[/SIZE](2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future."

Rule 1.7 is in place so that new rules do not have to be created for future hypothetical situations where a player is behaving unacceptably on the server. This can be in the form of toxic behaviour, the lack of intent to roleplay or otherwise.

Rule 2.4 is in place to ensure a fair and realistic roleplay experience for players. In this instance, transferring items into trucks through a window is not realistic and provides an unfair advantage as it allows me to process my diamonds quicker than others.

In future I will use the door to move out of the building in a roleplay-friendly manner and access my vehicle before returning and repeating. Thanks again.
