In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well this was my first night ever on your server (first hour in fact gotta be a record) anyways met a couple of cool guys and as ya do we were heading of to do a spot of mining and as you do when ya first meet folk ye have a wee chat just to get to know each other. Now our discussion well mine, I was chatting about past communities I came from (not promoting them, I need to make that clear), there was no "go try this you'll love it our anything, so to be fair I genuinely wasn't advertising anything, I've left the community due to large numbers of idiots running round killing and robbing at any opportunity without initiation so was looking for a more decent RP experience. Unfortunately I did not read the rules and of course I should have (but hey human nature, eager beaver) and after reading the rules I feel I had found a decent experience the lack of tolerance for nonsense is appreciated. Anyways I digress, so thats my tale of woe about my short but albeit fun visit to your server and why I was banned. So lesson learned read the rules and get the point. One more thing the post in TS thing you chat about on the appeal page? Could you provide a bit of clarification on what that is? I jumped on TS last night after being banned and had a chat with Drew the fella who banned me, is that suffice?

Why should we unban you ?
Well because I'm a good RP, when I find a decent community I stick around and put the effort in, as I say was enjoying my experience on your server and would like to see where it goes. That simple folks, anyways take er handy and let me know how this goes. Cheers.

Okay Eager Beaver. You've learned the hard way that our server is much stricter than some of the other 'rp' servers out there. Our community does have a lot of rules to follow and it does take a while before new players get to grips with them. You didn't even bother to read them and paid the price.

That said, a day one mistake is easy to make. You have now read the rules according to your appeal, and you come across as a fairly switched on guy. 

Regarding your ban. that ban stays on your record permanently. When deciding on whether someone deserves another chance, we look to see what previous bans or warnings they may have and we take this heavily into consideration. In other words, if you find yourself back here putting in an unban appeal in the future you'll find it much harder to get unbanned.
