i was told restraint glitching

Why should we unban you ?
because i have read the rule and i cant find anything about restraint glitching in the rules. i did not know that if my zip-ties come off that is classed restraint glitching and all i did was stay in the location and try and pick up a gun i did not run i did not shoot anyone. i did not know at the time if this happens i should stay there and put my hands on my head it was a honest mistake not a blatant disregard for the rules and i think banning me for this is a bit extreme a warning would of been better and a explanation on what i should do in this situation again https://youtu.be/GLIhCB3LwJ4 this is a video showing what happens

Could you please quote which rule you broke and explain the rules in your own words.

(2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of its intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows,and locking doors that have been broken into before 10 minutes have passed, IE those that have been bolt-cut. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future.  I suppose that it would come under exploitation however there is no actual rule for the reason I was banned so it's kind of hard to explain the rule I broke but I will was told that coming out of my restraints (although unintentionally ) is classed as a exploitation and thatch should have stood there with my hands on my head. I did not know that at the time and trying to loot a dead body is a exploit which I also did not know at time however I'm not sure how trying to loot a dead body is a exploit because this is a life server and in real life I would be able to take stuff off of a dead body so that part is abit confusing. That all been said I now know that if this happens again I should keep my hand on my head and not try and loot or run away or anything

You was Banned for restraint glitching which is a form of exploiting so there is actually a rule for why you was banned.

Funny? I have 2 admins that was present in the situation which 1 of them told you, that you couldn't do it and your gang also told you and yet you continued.

Clearly you don't really seem bothered about your ban if you are not going to tell the truth and try to claim that you banned for something which isn't actually a "rule"
