In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: i just told a guy to just jump back in his car and leave but he refuses to so i shoot in the ground one time and 10 seconds later i was banned

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

Me and my friend were playing as criminals and were trying to hi-jack cars just outside the city Agios. We blocked the road with our car. After a few mintues there a car finally showed up, and successfully ran into ours. Unfortunately our car blew up, and my friend died by the blast. The guy, who run into the roadblock, stopped his car, (it was not broken, it was totally drive-able) and as I pointed my gun at him, I screamed "JUST TAKE YOUR CAR AND LEAVE IN 3 SECONDS!" because I wanted to see what happend to my friend. Instead of obeying my command, he just sat in his car, looking at me. After approximately 5 seconds I fired a few shots at him. After my shots he broke roleplay and asked me why I was shooting at him. And then he banned me.

 
When you say "succesfully ran into our" do you realise you were breaking a rules when you did that too?

 
No because like i said i have only played on this server for like a week and i didnt take the rules very seriously but i took my time now when i was banned and i read all the rules so now im fully aware which type of rules you have and i have definitely learned me a lesson.

 
You have been banned for RDM but you have admitted to using your vehicle as a weapon. Thats a lot of rules in a short time.
