I Think this case wasn't a RDM case as in fact this video was only 36 sec long instead of what happend before this. Maybe I should have had it recorded. And if this still would be marked as RDM I would be very sorry.

Why should we unban you.
Because I have been enjoying this community for a long time and i would like to be still part of this community instead of leaving with a ban on my name. I would really like to stay part of this community and that is the reason why I am appealing for a unban

Unfortunately the reporter claims he just spawned in, and from my perspective he runs up, sees a gun, and shows himself as no threat by putting his hands up. Then he decides "Oh hey a gun" then decides to run off with it. No words exchanged on any end and he claims he wasn't with them, to me that's RDM. 

In your own words, when you do feel it's justified to shoot a person?

the person i was aiming for killed one of my friends within a time stamp of 1/2 minutes. I don't think it's always justified to do it but he shot also at me since i was in the car this means he was a tread on this moment. he wasn't a thread when he had his hands up. but when he  picked up the gun he was in my eyes a thread.  this could mean he runs away to steal the gun or he would kill us when he changed his position. This men should had valued his life over the gun in my personal opinion. I am not able to know what he would do.

The issue I had in the video was there was no communication. If you had said "Don't pick up the gun, don't pick up the gun or you will be shot" or something to that effect, then there was roleplay, which in the end is what the server is about. And if he did surrender, you have potential for further roleplay.

Make sense?

I understand that as you could see in this short time which was no communication that it's really hard to get a good point of view and maybe this would have been better to do but as you have seen in the video there were three guys after i shot one his friend sprayed with a pistol on my back. on that moment this went not really nice and indeed maybe it would be better to say to him that he has to put his gun back on the ground. 

But i understand your point of view as a Admin and I understand this is a High Rollplay server. stil I would like to have a second chance.
