Well i landed a heli at the 3 way stop in kavala at the general store to drop off a friend and them i proceeded to climb back up and he deleted my heli while iw as doing so

Why should we unban you.
(2.13) Please keep all aviation 300m above any greenzone or Kavala, Athira & Pygros -----unless landing------. (This is to make sure any roleplay is not disturbed)

I was not intending to Ruin any ones RP i was landing to drop off a friend and go back up...
I've been with this community for 2 years I'm not here to break rules or cause any issues

You originally took a long time before you landed... when you did you continued to have your rotors on. You may not have thought you was disrupting anything, but you was... mine and 3 other peoples RP was disrupted.

You landed and then dropped off your friend, only to sit their with your rotors on for 15~seconds (More disruption) and then decided to take off... hovering for a while in the air before I deleted your helicopter.

You was then revived by myself and then I sent you two OOC messages, one being;

  • //You're disrupting RP
You then said in game "It's the admin" (I think you may have forgot to turn your mic off) and then "What do you mean I'm disrupting RP".

With these two rule violations I decided to action your ban...

You admitted to @Fetty Wap about never hearing of rule 2.13 before... which is a bit worrying if you have been here for 2 years...

Leaving this to another admin as I actioned the ban.

Quick note:

"[COLOR= rgb(191, 191, 191)]unless landing" means: Turning off your rotors... not sitting them with them on.[/COLOR]

I understand, But i mean a perm ban for landing a heli and taking off? Yeah I broke RP but that's because i wanted to talk about the situation instead of jumping to a ban hammer. I know what i did was wrong but isn't it a little over kill here? It's not like i intentionally went out of my way to break a bunch of server rules and cause havoc on peoples roleplay. I just wanted to drop my friend off get night vision goggles and leave.

 
I believe this is a new rule, however it's your responsibility to keep up to date with them. Can you re-read the rules please
