In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was at the copper processor when a man began to hold up my friend I managed to run and hide from him. As time passed by he began to lockpick my Hemtt Box. In order to protect my Million truck I ran the man over at low speed making sure he survived using my friends hatchback I then proceeded to escape with my Truck.

Why should we unban you.
In the heat of the moment I acted on impulse to protect our vehicle and my group. I had no weapons and the man was armed with an assault rifle he wasnt affraid to use as he did on another member on my group. I genuinely apologies for my actions and swear it will never happen again. I have re-read the rules in order to ensure i am never in this situation again. Thank you for taking your time to read my appeal, regards Sam :)

It doesn't matter that he was armed or that you had a "million truck".

Explain the VDM rule to me in your own words. Be specific please. @MK Sam

In my opinion the VDM rule is deliberately using your vehicle as a murder weapon with an intent to kill without justification or fair reasoning to do so.

I didn't ask for your opinion, I asked you to explain the rule in your own words. And if this is your interpretation of it, well.. then I am leaning towards denying your appeal.

 
sorry i misunderstood, the VDM rule is Using your veichle as a weapon to ram toher players or cars. I respect your decision and thank you for your time either way

If you do decide to keep my ban is it permanent or temporary and if so for how long?
