In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was speeding down a kavala road and there was a group of people at the end of the road , i try to slow down so i don't crash and i pressed my down arrow key and my car sharply turned into them, i say 'Sorry' with my mic and get shot at so i drive off at high speed, then an admin teleports infront of me and i didnt see him and i run into him, i was confused and i carryed on and he continued teleporting infront of my car, then i die randomly (I think because of the admin killed me using commands) and then i get banned for Mass VDM ----- I did not intentionally try to run over anybody, its just i lost control of my car at a high speed and ran into a group of players and i am terribly sorry for this incident.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I did not intentionally try to run players over, i am really sorry for what happend and i am glad that noone died because of this, i lost control of the car at such speed and i braked and my car turned into them. (Pressing down arrow key), Overall i am terribly sorry and i didn't mean and want for this to happen, please unban me?

I can't help that my car turned when i braked and a bunch of people was on the side of the road, also that's rust and was ages ago, i don't do that anymore since i'v realised how stupid it is and how i can get banned for it.

Also, this has nothing to do with rust and it was a while ago, i tryed to turn at the end of the road at high speed, braking to slow down and swayed into them, i said sorry and didnt mean it. It may seem to be done on purpose because it was a coincidence that they were there but it wasnt done intentionally.

You ran over several people without even slowing down. I then teleport infront of you several times to talk to you, and all you do is VDM me. I also notice you got unbanned just a few hours ago... What the heck?

 
His last ban was because of not having a mic, which he has one now, if you teleport to him while he is driving, of course you're going to get hit.

 
I tryed to slow down, it was just that i was going at high speed, i was unbanned for not having a mic, nothing serious.

The reason i didnt slow down when you were teleporting infront of me was because i didnt know what you wanted, you could have asked to talk to me instead of just tping infront of me, you never asked me to stop and you were tping infront of a moving vehicle so i didnt have time to slow down.

His last ban was RDM and no mic. And why not stop after a few times when obviously an admin is tryign to stop you...?

 
I didnt do anything wrong, thats why i didnt stop. It was an accident that i VDM'd so i thought nothing was wrong. Obviously people took it a bit to serious when they were ran over by accident and didn't die.

I'm sorry if i VDM'd i never ever intentionally would of ran someone over on purpose, there is no point and all i want to do is play on the server with my friends again.

 
I know I'm not supposed to post here but just going to post a few rules for him to read. 

Unban Appeal Process Rules

  • Do not contact admins via PM or on Team-speak about unban's they are dealt with on this forum only, If you ignore this rule your appeal on the forums will be denied & closed.

  • Unban Appeals are the lowest priority as it is your responsibility to learn and follow our rules there are no timeframes. 

  • Any appeals not using the correct title and template as shown above will be denied.

  • If you "bump" your appeal or keep asking when will i be unbanned we reserve the right to deny the request.

  • Any abuse towards an admin will result in a full community ban!

  • The appeal is for the person appealing and the admin team only, Anyone commenting on an appeal will receive a warning point

  • My Brother did it does not work here, Do not even bother using that excuse.

  • We are unable to unban anyone who has been banned with the reason "GameHack #38"

  • Any requests that have an admin response but the player hasn't responded after 2 days will be closed and if the player returns at a later date a new request linking the old one needs to be opened.

Denied, Cant follow ingame rules, or forum rules it seems.
