In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i was a fool to open fire at the police officers not being aware at the moment of the rule to not open fire in the Green zone which is in theory, a safe zone.

Why should we unban you ?
I've waited few months to reappeal and try to straighten things up. As i've made a promise before whereas i said i would never break a rule again. I have not kept my word, and i am regretful of this. I won't stand by and to explain what happened. Because it has no other sense of explanation. I have opened fire at a Green zone area. And in result of that action, i killed two police officers, which in fact should have not. I really hope for you admins to read this to reconsider my future fate of this if i may ever enter the server once more. Or simply meet this end here. I wanted to reappeal earlier, but i was too unsure and afraid of the outcomes of the appeal. I've reconsidered so now i await your answer. Thank you for reading.

This is a very basic and obvious example of what NOT to do in-game.. You read the rules and claimed to have understood them, so why did you do it? Are our rules really that hard to follow? Yet, you've also shown you can't follow our dispute a ban rules, so you've not done yourself any favours.
