Reason given for your ban.: Trolling i.e. Using a soundboard on ts and screaming in German (????)

In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned: It was a mistake from the admin. I think he got frustrated with whoever was trolling in teamspeak and blanket banned a few people. I know another guy who was banned who didn't do anything wrong. Apparently I was banned for using a soundboard and screaming in German on teamspeak (???wtf???).
Why should we unban you.: For starters I never troll in game or on ts (there are plenty of guys who can vouch for that in ALUK). Secondly I don't have a soundboard and I don't speak German. I got an in game friend to speak to Hank (my friend is Alexander_Wolfe) and he just said to use this appeal form to get reinstated. It's a bit rubbish tbh because I've been wrongfully banned on ts_aluk for at least a week and it's messed up my gang activities. I'm happy to talk to any admin about this to get it sorted, I know you guys must be so busy dealing with all the crap. Regards, Foley.

Yes i do, there was 3 of them in the roo, screaming in german, and playing some old time german music on the soundboards, i Banned the 3 of them. Those were my only bans of that day.

Unbanned, but if you are caught trolling in teamspeak again, it will be a Rule 1D ban.

@PC Hank I don't see this in the mentor database, and cant find the above..... 

@Miseryguts can you provide me with the ban reason when you attempt to join.

Hi again guys, thanks for the response.

I'll repeat that I didn't do any trolling whatsoever, so I'm not apologising for something I haven't done. However I fully understand PC Hank's action because ts was just RIDDLED with these idiots and it must be a nightmare dealing with it. I'm happy to chat to Hank or any admin in teamspeak if required. The reason given is just "trolling". 

If memory serves me I was in one of the rooms (liverpool I think) and there were loads of kids coming in and out and giving me and my friend trouble. We were doing oil so we just muted them and stayed in the room. I later heard from a friend who spoke to PCHank that I was banned for screaming in German and playing German music. I swear he got the wrong guy and I didn't hear any of it because all the trolls were muted in my ts, although there's every chance they were in the same room. 

I think it'll be wise if I only use locked (password) rooms on AltisTS from now on to avoid this sort of thing. Aside from all this you guys run a great server/forum, many thanks. Regards from Foley McMurphy (in-game), Miseryguts (steam).

@Neo Hi Neo and thanks for your reply. I've just got onto teamspeak after waiting for the the 10 min anti-troll measure. I no longer have the error message. I'll give you my details in case you want to contact me: UID:  aDz10AbYByFUhnD4XvCnYLtB0wg=  My nickname is now the same as my in-game name: Foley McMurphy

I want to vouch for my friend I was doing the oil run with (who was banned also), but I'm reluctant to post on his appeal because I think that's against the rules (?). His name is GeeScmidt. I can assure you he is innocent. Is it permissible for me to post on his appeal and back him up, or shall I stay away? Thanks for your time and regards,
