Date & Time you was banned:: October 19th. not sure what time though.
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): DainMK
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned because the admin said it was against the rules to claim someone's bounty as a bounty hunter if you know the person. I get where the admin is coming from completely, hoever I find this a little unusual. I know the guy I sent to prison and I did it as a joke somewhat. I wasn't talking to him through skype, teamspeak, etc. I arrested him because he gave me his name in game and he was wanted. I did not break RP nor did I exploit the game. I told the admin that it wasn't for money as he was only wanted for about 100k and I had well over 5 million dollars. I understand why it could be misinterpreted for something else, but I genuinely just did it because he's my friend and I like to have a laugh every once and a while. Like I said, I did not break rp or exploit the game.

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I believe I should get another chance because I was falsely banned. I did not break RP and I wasn't exploiting. In game we are all different people than we are out of the game. I can't arrest someone in game if they're wanted because I know them out of the game? I find this absolutely ridiculous. Like I said, I understand where the admin is coming from and if he would like I can return the money i got from my friend's bounty, but I feel I should be unbanned as I don't believe I have done anything wrong. Yes he was in my gang at one point and yes I roleplayed it out just like it was any other person on the street.

Was he in the same gang as you at the time? If your sending your friend to prison it looks very suspicious.

I know you most likely didn't mean it and you were just having some roleplay with your friend.

What can you do in the future to avoid this?

He was I believe. The gang disbanded and was only there for a few days. I know it may look suspicious that I might be exploiting, but this is my response to that. I already have had several houses, guns, and cars, I have the taxi and bounty hunter licenses. My character has over 5 million and has had up to about 8 million before. I don't need his bounty money. i do it strictly for the RP. I've had a few members of The Marmite Miners and Increment tell me my ropleplay is good. I truly do bounty hunting and taxi driving for the RP. I even offered to give away the money I got from the bounty. I don't need the barely even 100k I got from his bounty. I do understand where the admin was coming from, but I believe I should be unbanned. In the future what I can do is try to not bounty hunt any friends unless necessary for the Rp scenario. I know now that it may look suspicious and I can respect that. Also if I know it's a friend I'm arresting I can make sure my RP is top notch so it doesn't look suspicious and it looks good.
