In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: apparently i failed rp when i was getting shot by the police at the bounty hunter hq but i was in group chat talking to my friends

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: because i love this server and this best rp server and i have been on for 3 months now and made new friends its the best server and i really hope you coculd give me one more chance to join back where i belong its like i have made new family members im am so sorry for the hassle i hope i can be back in the community i love sorry

I banned HAWKES initially for what i thought to be restrain glitching, after further information was provided i later still decided the ban was justified as there was in my opinion a failure of RP (Not valuing his life). For whatever reason handcuffs were not working on him yet he still decided to spin around and shoot attempting to kill the officer who was stood over the top of him with a weapon pointed at Hawke's head. 

I was soon contacted by Hawke's friends on TS whilst i was still in-game on active admin duties which i explained to his friend(s).

The first of his friends to contact me was rather persistent and continued to message me even after i replied to him multiple times with my explanation and also requesting him to stop messaging me as i was busy, which can be seen here; http://i.imgur.com/dDSAxeq.png

ive been on this server for 3 months now and didn't know there was a restrain gitch I am sorry for what happened truly am and I did value my life i thought they tazed me and forgot to handcuff me as that's what it looked like on my screen that's why i shot and tried to get away but failed badly im so sorry for what i caused really am will never happen again if i do get another chance for now on if it does happen gain ill just stop when i get tazed for now on sorry i always value my life if it looked like i didn't im sorry for that to i really hope you could give me one more chance
