Because i had a name which is clearly ment to be satire! Maybe a rouge admin that got mad? Is not stated i can't have this as a sever name in the rules!

Why should we unban you ?
Well. I dont think i should be banned for the name "TaliBANTER" because i have used it on multiple servers more serious than this and they have been chill with the name. Perma ban for a bad name, WHICH I COULD CHANGE IF ASKED? is that honestly fair. Never in the rules did it state server ban from questionable name, only community ban. (12.2) Using a questionable avatar or signing up with a questionable name will result in a community ban. that message was under the "forum" section. not the server)

Well, no where in the rules does it say an age limit nor does it say about in game names. Like i say, i can change the name if you require. There are many people younger and less mature than my self on the server.
