In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned as I was hovering over the 10 Kavala street speech. I was given an ATC which I ignored which led to me being shot down and blowing up killing 7 people.

Why should we unban you ?
I should be unbanned as this is not my fault as I was shot down. I didn't intend to kill anyone and I tried to avoid the players how ever there was so many. I would not intentionally VDM as I would not want to get banned.

Can you quote and explain the greenzone rules and rules relating to flying/VDM...

'(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM)' - Using any vehicle as a weapon - This means crashing into someone in a vehicle with intent to harm.

'(2.13) Please keep all aviation 300m above any greenzone excluding the airport' - This means I must fly above 300m when above greenzones.

Why did you think it was a good idea to hover over and RP area, then proceed to stay once an ATC was issued?

It was not a good idea. I did it to spot for my gang who were going to initiate.

But why didn't you fly off? It was quite clear they were going to do so and yet you decided to hang around anyway?

I had about 5 seconds after the ATC was sent. In future I will fly off not to disrupt any RP events. I also will not disobey the 300m aviation law when I have been given an ATC. However the time was small from me being issued an ATC to me being shot down. Me being shot down caused the deaths of the players even though I tried to avoid them. I didn't use a vehicle with intent to harm anyone.

Odd considering the person on that account had only just signed up to the forums and less than a minute later commented on your unban appeal in paticular, even more odd is the fact that his IP traces back to the same area as yours. 

I'm gonna be honest unlike you, you had a decent shot at getting unbanned up untill you decided to lie and it goes without saying that I really don't like people who lie.

Thanks to your own decision to PM me complaining and posting a status update ranting about having your unban appeal denied for "no reason" you've now managed to prove me right and given us clear evidence by posting that status with the exact same IP that you used to post from the @frozrt account that you claimed to have no affiliation with.

It's honestly beyond me why you thought this was a good idea in the first place and i'm confident you already regret it but luckily for you, you'll have 6 whole months to rethink your decisions before appealing again.
