In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was using a 50cal to stop players and rob them. We saw a car coming up, i shouted get out of the effin car they didn't stop so i shot them out. They said i was a 100m away from them, but on my screen i was much closer as one of use were lagging

Why should we unban you ?
I thought i had given them enough time before i shot but as we were nothing going opposite ways i didn't have much time to make a decision to shoot them. Happy to reimburse them. An argument can be made that i didn't give them enough time to stop but with such little time meant i didn't have much. Turn out my mic wasn't working again. had the same problem earlier with officers you can verify that as they were getting stopped in a hunter and was held up at gunpoint. i was let go and thought i had sorted my mic. Turned out just before i got banned i was having the same problem with an officer who was in roadside recovery clothing.

So, what shouldn't you have done that you did that violates the unban process rules?

 
I understand i had bumped my post that goes against the unban request rules. All i can do is apologise for the bump and accept that i now understand what i should've done instead. 

 
The RDM rule states that you are not to randomly kill someone without initiating rp beforehand. To do so means you have broken the server rule. To give sufficient time to comply with an order you have given.  IE put your hands up or i will shoot you mand giving them 5 seconds to do so. 

 
Are you aware you can't rp while in a vehicle? People can't hear you 

 
How could you possibly shout from one vehicle to another... this game is loud. You cannot have quality roleplay from 1 vehicle to another.

Are you now aware on what you have done wrong?

 
Yes i am aware now. I honestly thought you could. Still kinda new to arma 3 and realistic it can be. Ie only found out the other day that sound can rickashay off buildings putting you off where a gunshot could come from.
