Obviously I was banned for combat logging, which is not allowed for a good reason - and understand why the decision was made. Perfectly fine decision from the point of the admin.

Why should we unban you ?
The whole situation has a deeper explanation to it and here I go ...
So I was at the car dealership in Kavala to buy some Truck Boxers as I was about to start a small buisness for new players. I had in intent to hire hobos to do drugruns for me in the small trucks. As I was about to pay for the truckboxer a guy with a pistol appeared in the door behind me and tried to rob me. I stood there for a while talking to the guy - who had no intent other than robbing me, which led to me making the decision of attempting to fight back. So I pulled out my big gun and the guy started to run. I then started shooting a couple of shots at him, but then everything started to lag unreal much, to the point where my charatcter turned invisible, I could only see my armor and I started kind of "teleporting" forward instead of running smoothly (this is odd as I were running 40-50 fps beforehand). Beacause of the lagging I decided to try and run away from the place instead of fighting, but then my game crashed, and computer started to be weird and slow. I tried to go on teamspeak to resolve the situation/explain, but my computer would not react properly. I have no clue of what happend - I have never tried it before, so it also freaked me out.
I have no "real" evidence as it all crashed so unexpected, but I have been playing on the server for a VERY long time and just logged back in today to try out the new thing with the hobos, and I would be so sad to be forced off the server due to a technical problem. I have had no problems with the rules ever since my rookietime, and I find combatlogging stupid. Also it would be pointless for me to combat log - as I have plenty of money to buy new gear for (the worst case scenario in this situation would be death).

Now I understand on what happened, but you should have tried to come to teamspeak and notify a support member concerning your technical problem which you failed to do.

PLease if issues like this occur again, I recommend you taken the steps to notify us at least so we won`t think it was Combat Loggin.

Was watching you guys from the start, and then I send you disconnect and soon as the cops intiated on you.

I was thinking??? Why would he do a silly move....

But anyways, you may return to your adventures on the Island.
