In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I think I was banned because someone posted a 40 sec video of a situation that was much longer. There was a giant war going on in Kavala and someone was robbing my friend and he told him to get out of the car and he did and then he said he would shoot so to me his life was in danger so I shot the person doing it. The RP had already started I can't help that person doesn't care to be aware of his surroundings he knew he was in a bad place and that there was mass amounts of killing going on.

Why should we unban you.
I didn't RDM it was a clear case of him or my friend.

RDM - Random Death Match Definition:

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

RP was started when he robbed my friend and my friend told him to fuck off and he continued to tel him if he says it again he will shoot so I took action as I was involved in the RP and only a couple steps away. Nothing in the RDM Rule says I RDM'ed.

No where does it say I have to be the one to engage in the actual communication of the person. I have seen a million situations where people sit at the drug processors and one person goes rob them and get told if they run they will be shot by a sniper. I have no knowledge of this being RDM or bad role play. In real life if someone is threatening your friend and they get told to fuck off and go away and they proceed to threaten your friend you would shoot.

If this is not allowed I would like it to be on record so anyone who gets shot by someone who isn't talking to them so by another gang member or friend can be banned for it.

Your friend gave no warning that the player had a sniper or marksman on him. If he had said anything back regarding this it would not be a RDM. You could have continued roleplay by issuing a form of counter initiation. If your friend made a small warning, and the player chose to shoot him, we have the NHS for a reason.

It's the same when the police stop someone and get pinged by a sniper without warning.

Wait so if my friend said somethings and then the guy shot him thats role play? Not to me that's my friend losing all his gear because NHS gets told to leave the area because of the gun fights going on. That doesn't seem very fair to me he had a small warning when he told him to " fuck off " I had no idea that they have to say there is a sniper or anything like that I was just following the rules. 

Well I'll leave it up to you now then I listened to what you said if I get unbanned I'll know for next time that it needs to be made clear that there is a sniper or someone else going to shoot them if they don't move on. Thanks for explaining that I will try writing a post about it later so maybe anyone that didn't Understand like me won't make the same mistake.

Well if your friend had his hands up without a threat and got shot, it would be classified as fail rp. Bottom line it's a roleplaying server. Your friend could have said something like "Fuck off, I have friends near." or "You're making a mistake, leave." "You've got a scope pointed at your head." etc...

It continues roleplay, opens up possibilities for hostage situations, kidnapping, etc..

I would make sure they know that someone else is involved in the RP and try different RP methods instead of just assuming they know I'm there.
