In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Just after update I logged on and server was super laggy, everyone was at garage spawning their cars, I pressed to spawn mine, jumped into it and it happened that it wasn't my car and I accidently ran over some dude.

Why should we unban you ?
A lot of time passed, I think I understand what I did wrong. Read the rules once again, won't happen again.

This is quite an old ban but just to make sure you have read the rule could you please quote the rule(s) you've broken and explain why said rules are in place and enforced on our servers? 
Could you also explain what you would do if you were to accidentally steal someone elses car in a greenzone and run someone over on accident in the future?
