In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I got ban because i killed somebody without threatening him.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i was chasing someone after i said: Stop or die!!
but the direct channel at the server is too low,,
but the thing is that he didn't stop, and he kept trying to run, until we catch him,
so we though that he hear is saying what we said..
we can Compensation him,,
because we didn't know that he didn't hear us.
and we know what RDM means
it means: Shooting at someone without engaging...
and i promise that we will make sure that he hear us next time,,

Why would you bump your appeal whilst in the unban rules it tells you not to that, How can I be sure that you have now read the rules. even though you quoted a little but of the rule I want you to quote the main rule you broke as you are missing quite a bit which honestly I don't think you get. What you are going to do, is think about what you did and what happened and then look through the rules and tell me which ones you broke.

I am sorry but that is not any form of quality roleplay. You have all the time in the world to come up with a good RP scenario and you come back with:-
