In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
When i was arrested , I got annoyed because i was new to the server and i had already been arrested multiple times, and it was also late at night and my friends were having fun without me. Because of this i snapped at the two policeman who had arrested me and broke role-play and read out their name-tags. Also at the time i had the thought that i was in an unfair situation as these two policeman killed me even though i had no weapon or way to harm them, so i threatened to report to admin as personally i believed that was against the rules.

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned as being banned has given me incentive to learn from my mistakes and make sure i always follow every rule no matter how i'm feeling, as having my friends play without me isn't the funnest time. I will always respect the Police and never break role-play as well as not threatening any of them ever again. I will make sure if i get unbanned to follow every rule and enjoy my time on the server and realise playing on it is a privilege and shouldn't be taken for granted.

That is quite a lot to do in one angry moment. In just one day you say you have learned so much? That is a very fast life turn around. Can to explain how you have achieved this?

 
Hi , since this issue I now realise people can impersonate police, which at the time I have to admit I didn't realise could happen, because of this I felt like these policeman weren't being fair and also ended up killing me, (they weren't real police) because of this this is why I acted like I did and broke roleplay , The two reasons I had been banned (4.2 , 2.8) related to each other in the fact I said I was gonna take a note of their names to later report them, which they proceeded to provoke me by saying - "What's my name then?" which being angry like I was at the time I snapped due to this and just read out their names anyway which I have always known wasn't okay, yet in the moment I disregarded, I have taken this new knowledge as a reason why I was reported as the two "police" had done nothing wrong it was me. 

 
The video I have seen of you, you don't sound that angry. You sound more like you have no care for our rules at all.

 
Anger isn't the best way to describe it, more like frustrated as that is the reason why i ended up breaking roleplay as the two "policeman" were trying to push my buttons and i'm genuinely sorry about it and if i was un-banned i could promise nothing like that would ever happen again as i wouldn't let frustration get to me like that again.

 
In roleplay, you're going to come across people trying to push your buttons frequently. Some people do it maliciously and others in the spirit of RP.  Life on Altis is a tough one full of ups and downs.  Without a doubt you will find yourself in a situation you feel is unfair.]

Explain how you are going to deal with these situations when they arise?

 
The day this incident happened was the first few days i had the game, and since then my friends have told me how i should of dealt with the situation and how to keep calm under those circumstances, and if another situation like that occurs i will make sure to just play my character and not break role-play whatsoever no matter the situation. Since i really enjoyed my time before the incident, its an incentive to never break roleplay to prevent any ban occuring again

The first rule I broke - 2.8 - Threats to report / Disputes / Breaking RP in voice exists to maintain immersion within the server to provide an enjoyable experience for all those who play. It's meant to be a RP server and if people constantly broke RP it wouldn't enjoyable for anyone. The second rule I broke - 4.2 - "You're not allowed to identify players in game via name-tags" is in place to also maintain immersion for the same reason to provide an enjoyable experience for all. Metagaming ruins the experience and I understand this now. I can confirm i have thoroughly read the rules and understand why they are in place.
