In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Because I clearly VDM-ed a person and then joked about it with the victim on TS when they were ready to let it go.

Why should we unban you ?
Because I am really sorry, I admit my actions were stupid and uncalled for and I would never do it again. I really enjoyed my time on Altis (that is why I am writing this appeal), and considering I got invitations to 2 groups (one in the beggining and one minutes before I was banned) in the short ammount of time on this server I must be doing something right. I tried to do right by Sonder and John but they decided to keep the report for which I don't blame them as I would do the same. Again, I am sincerely sorry for not being serious with them on the TS as you can see at the end of the evidence video and for breaking the rules.

If anything more is needed from me I can come on TS to talk about it.

Why did you say you'd read the rules, the forum rules and the un-ban appeal process rules and then go and do something daft like that?

Prove to me you have read the rules, jump on the rules page and quote the exact rules you broke, explain those rules in your own words and tell me why we have those rules in place - the more detail the better because you've already proved once you're not so good at skim reading!

We expect people to show respect, act like an adult, and treat people how you would expect to be treated to keep this a place that people enjoy and look forward to coming back to.

Not really a rule, but a paragraph that stands out in the beggining for me and does ''involve'' me when I did not treat John and Sonder with respect and seriousness for which I am sorry. That is in place for the exact reason it says in the end about treating people fairly and seriously so they enjoy coming back to the server and to the community.

(12.4) Commenting on a ban appeal or report a player thread that is not involving you will lead to a warning point and a 7 day posting restriction.

• The appeal is for the person appealing and the admin team only. Anyone commenting on an appeal  that is not either stated party will receive a warning point! 
  

I just wanted one of the few people that took me into their circle to get unbanned so we could have more great moments on Altis. I now understand that it was wrong even if it was well-intentioned because if everyone posted under their mates ban appeal the whole  Ban-Appeal section would turn into an unmanageable mess because of the very active community.

(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban.

And of course the rule that got me banned, ramming other vehicles shouldn't be done as it breaks immersion and would cause alot of chaos in the in-game world.

I hope that this time I have proven that I understand the rules and that I am really sorry about my actions.

Right, to be honest I will try to never break any more rules. I will be more aware of my attitude, surroundings, situations and I will show more respect to the other members of this community like they have to me. I will not be a sarcastic c*** (which I was when I was talking to Sonder and John). I will try to contribute as much as I can as a positive member of this server.
