In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I honestly have no idea. I havent been metagaming as far as I know. I did say to a guy that I was going to find him and take him down while I was a hostage. However, I was only roleplaying and had no plans metagaming, and take him down afterwards. I thought that it was something appropriate to say during roleplay in a hostage situation.

Why should we unban you ?
In the future, I will not use metagamingt reats during roleplay. I understand that he may have thought that I was going to metagame on him later.

To prove that I relly know this rule, I am going to expalin it with my own words. Metagaming is to identify players in game via nametags. This means that I can't know who killed me, even though I know his nametag. I can only recognize by their clothes. If someone was to cange clothes, I will not know that that is the same person as before. The only exception to this rule is if it's a cop, NHS or a UNMC wearing a uniform. It's also not allowed to use stas at Roleplay.co.uk to gain information on people and gangs.

The main message is that when u die in a RP siutation like this, then you will not remeber anything form your previous life. The same goes for being killed by a cop or die in an accident.

I was the player that took you hostage.. Agent D. Bauermann. The reason you are banned is simple. I had a mask on, hiding my name. When I restrained you, you called out my name in voice ''Are you are Agent eh? My friends will kill you, I know who you are'', reading it from the chat saying ''name here was ziptied by Agent D. Bauermann''. That is metagaming. You were also saying your friends were coming (which obviously was a bluff as I was not followed) but you were restrained, so there is no way you could have called in your so called friends, because that would be violating the server rules.

When I made it clear I was going to execute you, you proceeded saying this:

Using my name again without knowing it and threatening to take revenge for getting killed, which is metagaming, as the rule clearly states you do not remeber any situation surrounding your death..

All you had to do was really threaten me, in voice, without using my name, without typing anything after you died or when it was clear you were going to die.

Now that my side is said and it is clear what happened, I will leave one of our new staff members to deal with this, since I was the one issued the ban.
