In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for breaking NLR. Basically I had just died at the first rebel out post in the zone near pyrgos then after that we spawned back pyrgos and was driving past that rebel outpost to try and get to the other one I was telling to my friend to avoid that outpost I know its hard to believe but I wasnt the driver but yeah aside from that I understand its my fault for getting in his vehicle and I should have took more responsibility and not got in the car but mistakes were made. On my last unban request I did say I was driving since it does not make any difference who was driving it is still my fault I should have not gone in the vehicle.

Why should we unban you ?
It's been quite a while since I was banned like a year and 2 months I tried to get unbanned in august and simplified the situation however now I have gave my full account on what happened in the last unban request I basically had dumbed down what happened. Another reason I should be unbanned is because this was my first offence on the server other than that I was a clean player and I do not see myself breaking any rules ever again. Furthermore I really want to play with friends on here as they have said it is quite fun. I waited a while after my last unban appeal so the apology actually means something hopefully you can see my apology as genuine and consider this unban request.

I don’t know I was mad and I thought it was going to get declined since I said it was an accident that I drove to close but that’s not what happened just thought it would be more simple if I said that since my friend was driving the car but that was still my problem didn’t want it to seem like I was making excuses

Like I said the fact that my friend was driving the car is kind of irrelevant and I didn’t want it to seem like I’m blaming it on that. There isn’t really any way for you to be sure I just hope you can see my unban appeal for what it is which is as genuine as I can get it and hopefully accept my apology for breaking the rules

 
Due to the time between your ban and your appeal, a lot of our rules have been revised, including the NLR rule.  Have you gone back and re-read all of our rules and understood them?

RDM is the act of killing someone for no reason more particularly not giving them some good roleplay before you shoot them. For example repeating "hands up or die" several times would be invalid and not good roleplay and killing someone after this would be considered RDM. An example of a valid initiation that wouldn't cause RDM is talking to your victim first perhaps about your story and how you got where you are, then a valid initiation would be more like "Sir I'm going to ask you to place your hands above your head or I will have to use lethal force" then proceeding to roleplay with him if he complies not just give him a lack of RP.

VDM is the act of using your vehicle to harm other players. This includes running a player over, ramming someones vehicle and causing it to blow up or sling loading the vehicle and dropping it causing it to blow up. MRAPS are allowed to ram other MRAPS to disable them but not to kill passengers inside of the mraps (the mraps are striders ifrit hunters) The reason why they are allowed to do this is because they can take being rammed without killing passengers (most of the time) and not blowing up. Roleplay must be initiated before ramming other MRAPS. If you chase another MRAP for 3 minutes then you can ram them.

NLR is a rule that applies when you have died in a situation for fair reasons, for example crashing your car or being killed by another player. NLR does not apply if you were VDMed, RDMed, Got Incapacitated or disconnected. Once you have respawned NLR is in place if it was a valid death as explained above then you do not remember anything from your previous life these could be: A vehicle that you left behind you can no longer go an retrieve, Any of your previous encounters with players, and you cannot go within 1km of where you died or return to the same combat sit until 15 minutes has finished.
