In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Me and my 2 two friends were walking to kavala when one of them was hit by car and died. The guy in the car got out and started to take his stuff. Both me and my friend who were still alive told him to stop, when his friend came along and shot my friend. I then shot the first guy who was stealing the stuff when a server admin came along and said it was a RDM. This also happened on the very edge of the safezone however the guy who shot first did not get banned even though they were the one who started it. I know that killing in the safezone is agianst the rules but at the time i was not think clearly as i was being shot at, and my idiout self did not stop to check where i was.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel that you should unban me as i am truely sorry for what i have done. I know that i should of checked to see where i was. I have read all the rules over agian, and if i was to be unbaned i would make sure that i never break one ever. I am sorry in advance for the inconvenience i have caused.

Whilst spectating the situation, all I saw was you killing someone in the Greenzone. I was going to just give you a warning / time out but I looked at your chatlogs and saw the IP to another TS had been linked, so I issued the ban.

Do you understand that there is no exception to breaking rules even if you see someone else break rules?

What would you do differently if this situation occurred again?

EDIT: In regards to the TS server, this is the message which appears on joining:

 Ill give you the benefit of the doubt that you are not the owner of the TS so don't have control over this, but can the reviewing staff member keep this in mind

If the situation occurred agian i would not engage, but instead capture screenshots or videos and then report it.

And Yes, I am NOT the owner of the Teamspeak and i have NO controll over what is said.

 
Firstly, why do you think it's acceptable to advertise on our servers and what did you hope to gain from it?

Secondly, RDM, quote the rule and explain it in your own words.

I do not think it  is acceptable to advertise on your servers and i know that it is against the rules. I sent a TS link to my friend so he could join the TS server i was on, but at that point after sending it i relised the mistake i had made. I have read over the rules agian and have refreshed my memory on what is/isnt aloud and i know that i wont adervtise agian.

The RDM rule is "(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)."

"(6.1) You are unable to kill anyone in a green zone (Punishment is a ban)"

(2.2) As i understand this means that i cannot attack or kill someone as i seem fit. I cannot walk up to someone and shoot them, but i must first engage in a roleplay conversation. I must give them time to do what i say. This roleplay conversation must also be a good quality. Counting down like 5,4,3,2,1... Is not counted as this.

(6.1) This means what it says. No killing inside the GreenZone ever.

Like i said, at the heat of the moment i was not thinking straight and forget to check where i was located. I am truely sorry for what i have done and can ensure you that this will not happen agian,

Please make sure that the toxicity from that teamspeak server doesn't carry over to our community. We don't tolerate that shit here.
