In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Today I was banned from the server because I broke the new life rule (rule 5, after dying I re-spawned in the same town with previous memories (I know you know these just showing that i have reread them them :D)). I'm a new player and just started today, I did read the rules and I also have two friends I play with who were trying to teach me as I went. However, I still broke this rule due to inexperience but regret it because I was having a great time on the server. I have now read the rules again and promise not to mess up again by meta-gaming which can ruin other people's RP experience.

I am revisiting my un-ban appeal after not realising how to check replies for for appeal. the rule I broke was new life rule 5.1,(A new life means that your character has lost all previous memories. It still is the character you play, example: You are still apart of the rebels or cops and you still knows all your friends. Your character forgets the events and information leading up to their death. The only exception to this is your wanted level.) My own words : when i am killed in a RP situation i am to forget how i died and not interact with the people that killed me by not re-spawning in the place i died for a period of time.

Why should we unban you ?
After realising I ruined the RP experience of the other players i thought about how i wouldn't like the same thing to happen to me, the whole reason i joined the server was to have a good time and have a laugh with my friends however when i get un-banned (if i get un-banned) I would love to learn from my mistakes and get back on the server and get fully involved in the RP community.

i was using the notification tab on the home page which wasn't displaying anything but after being informed by my friend that you have to go onto your profile to check replies i will try and be more active to replies on this request. :)

i broke new life rule 5.3, 

"your character does not remember any previous role-play situations

 your character does not remember where any vehicle locations are outside of the garage

Your character does not remember any previous memories ( your killer/robber etc...)

your character can not return within 1000 meters of the location of death or be involved in the same combat situation until the 15 minute NLR timer has expired

your character does remember their previous friends and gang members."

So in my own words, I cannot re-spawn in the same town (within 1000) where i died for 15 minutes to prevent communication or interaction with my killers or robbers in my previous life while also loosing all memory of vehicles i had out at time of death.

I did read the rules when I joined as I was told to read them when i first joined but i was worked up in the moment due to having collected lots of materials to make some circuit boards which had taken me a few hours to do but then getting robbed as i was going to make them then forgot about spawning in the same place of death for 15 minutes which then led to me getting banned so in future, (if i get un-banned) i will be a lot calmer if I am robbed or killed.

 
Agios most likely due to how quiet it is and and close to mining locations while also being quit central but also has all the things you need like a garage, market etc...

but I could spawn anywhere that isn't within 1000 meters of where I died 

 
Why did you start lying when a staffmember, take to away to talk to you? 

 
I wasn't sure what had happened when i was handcuffed so then i thought i was still role playing for the server so i continued with a character however then i realised i was talking to an admin but before i had time to apologise I was kicked from the server. 

 
let's hope you have actually learned from your mistake this time. Honesty always works best, as if you are lieing and we have been watching you then quite frankly why should we trust you later on?

However.

I am willing to give you a chance to prove that you have learned from this.

Unbanned.

I will be keeping a close eye on you tho.
