In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
So, I was Driving through Kavala and I was going to meet my friend at the garage (Pasgotti) , and to get to the garage i went past the church but there was around 5 people blocking the road and also 2 cars blocking the road meaning that the only way to get around was to go along the footpath where in which i was doing about 30kmph and by doing so i clipped 3 players causing them to splutter across the road. No one was killed in the chat logs or anything regarding that and i didn't passenger seat anyone either? The admin instantly threw me out the car and said 'Why did you VDM us', i then responded saying 'I was trying to get through but your blocking the road' and instantly went 'okay then give your name' so i did and then he said 'Bye' and i was kicked for VDM.

Why should we unban you ?
Now from my point of view yes i was in the wrong that i should of been patient and waited for everyone to move out of the way and been polite instead of accidentally running over 3 people, but on the other hand nothing was intentional i was just wanted to go to the garage to meet my friend. I admit that i was in the wrong and apologies! Next time i will be patient and wait for everyone to move out the way instead of barging my way through. Sorry!

Yes you should ahve either waited for the players to move, got out and asked them to move or you should have taken a different route.

We have an Anti-VDM script, hence why no one would have died. Also, just because you didn't passanger seat anyone it doesn't make it okay that you ran them over. The right way of going about it if you have run someone over is to get out and apologise to them.

Now in the eyes of the staff member that banned you it looked completely intentional, hence the immediate ban. Can you prove you've read and understood our rules? 

 
Yes i can prove that i have read the rules and that i fully understand that what i did was definitely unacceptable and that under the first few rules it does state that you 'MUST NOT' RDM and on behalf of myself i do apologise and this wont be happening again I promise. I sincerely apologies to all the people i ran over and i will make sure this does not happen again you have my word.

Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using your vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).
